Zulauf Construction

The only one or two-star review we hold for Zulauf Construction.

I had someone come over for an estimate on replacing my windows. He couldn’t give me an estimate that day and said he would let me know. It’s been two weeks and haven’t heard anything from them. 7 windows and patio door must have been to small of job for them to be interested.

Zulauf was great to work with. They answered my phone call and got me scheduled for that week. The owner came out himself on a Saturday and realized it was an easy fix so he didn't even charge us for it. Amazing considering another company …

I have been building custom homes for 23 years. Zulauf Construction has been a trade partner for about 7 years and has done fantastic work for my business, Benjamin Custom Homes. It is very difficult to find someone that has the skills and experience that Justin and his team have, and even more difficult to find people that honor their price and value quality. I highly recommend Zulauf for your roofing and siding needs.

Set up next to these guys at the Fargo Home Show. The attention to detail these guys showed there costumers was quite impressive. I will call these guys for my next project.

Your review made our day! Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience. We're glad to know that our team was able to provide you with the service you deserve.

Commercial roofs and siding take a different kind of wear than a house does, and building owners often don't see the early warning signs because nobody's up there regularly. Ponding water on a flat roof, seams that have started to separate, or siding panels that have loosened from wind can all sit unnoticed until they turn into a bigger repair. We've grown from residential work into commercial roofing and siding over the years, and it's some of the work we're proudest of. If you manage a commercial property in the Fargo area and it's been a while since anyone walked the roof or checked the exterior, it might be worth putting on the calendar.8 hours agoLearn more
