Never seen such a sales tactic. You better make sure you're ready with a baseball bat cause thats the only way they will leave your house. What an absolute disaster.

Paid in full on 4/30/26. Materials dropped off around 6/4/26. No work started. Checked contract and nothing stating that DaBella specifically agreed to complete work by a certain date. I do not recommend.

Wasn’t a fan of the pushy “sign with us today only, for this price” and “we don’t take no for an answer” type of sale. It gave off solar sales vibes. Verses every other company that talked to me, got what they needed, explained their product/services, and either left me a quote or emailed me one later on. It took 4.5 hours of him being here and lowering prices to get to an even somewhat lower price towards the end. The price at the very beginning of almost $80k for a roof on my 1700sqft house is insanity and feel bad for some people that don’t know any better and feel pressured to sign with them right then and there before getting better price or quotes from other companies. Towards the end they went down to $24k for just the second level roof with soffits. The salesman was super nice though and obviously good at what he does. I was gonna say I’d consider going with them if they could get it down to their “today only, out the door; $24k” price but coming to my senses reading these similar reviews and getting more quotes, even that price is way too high for class 3 shingles and soffits ($55k cheaper than the first quote btw) another red flag should have been him saying “we don’t like to hear ‘we’ll call you back’, just yes or no” and “we’ve only ever had one person call us back after saying they would call back” usually means they are trying to trap you and way to expensive. Did I mention 4.5hours? 10am-2:30. I scheduled another contractor to meet around 1 and the poor guy showed up on time and had to wait for over an hour for this guy to leave. Pushy sales is not how to run a roofing/construction company. But guess that’s what I get for having a west coast company give me a quote.

Scheduled a quote visit on windows and the gal was very nice and informative but when it comes to their sales tactics, stay far away!!! Requested a quote originally and they called nonstop with no voicemail left to schedule. When it came to scheduling a visit, the guy was very nosey and wanted to meet right away. 3 hour visit with most of it trying to convince us to sign right then and there for purchase. Requested we write a review in front of them so they can photograph the proof. Then came the none stop calls afterwards for days on end. Save yourself the hassle and just don't do it.

Honestly the worst company I have EVER worked with. We had 2 sales men come knock on our door and we decided to move along with the inspection.. The estimate came back a little to high at the time so we had to decline. The men left, just to come back an hour later with a new price that fit our budget. This price was approved by the GM overseeing this area at the time… we signed a contract and were told we would be contacted within a few days to move forward.. one month later and we heard nothing, I attempted to call multiple times. Another month passed and I finally heard back from a new GM who decided not to honor our contract and stated we either pay almost $10K more or we cancel…. We ended up cancelling after some back and forth.. I attempted to speak to the district manager about this issue and have had no contact besides one missed call which I called back within an hour… now we have been waiting 4 months for our $300 deposit… highly recommend finding elsewhere to do your windows and or siding!

The sales pitch was very informational and intriguing but right off the bat there was scheduling issues - she’d schedule, then not show up which happened twice just with her. The windows seemed great and there is a life time warranty- so we decided on following through and signed that night - we weren’t really given any time to think about it - similar to what other reviewers say. And after we signed but before windows were installed, we realized we could have used a warranty on our old windows - but to cancel with DaBella they said we’d have to still pay half (which is way more than what most windows cost already) so we still went with them. The timing for when to expect installation was accurate, but we have had many issues with our windows and the company since. For spending almost $50,000 on windows for our whole house - we have had a ton of issues and I’m dumbfounded that we have these extreme issues. The length of time expected for installation was only suppose to be one day, but it ended up taking a whole weekend - morning till evening on both days. They didn’t even bring all of the windows with them and one guy had to leave (was gone for hours) to get them - which made the job take longer - then, one window was put in upside down and my husband had to ask them to fix it - (locks were obviously upside down), they put the wrong window in the front, and almost put the wrong window in the back - they had to be informed they were in the wrong spot (grid /decor related). The sills were meant to get replaced too, due to water damage, and when they weren’t doing so, we had to tell them to check for this. The sills were caulked very messy looking because of gauges they took out of them with the window removal- and installers even put in a BROKEN window that is STILL broken (with a visible crack in the glass that they taped up, and left). Clean up was also terrible, with nails and insulation left all over the driveway and junk all over our roof and in the gutters.

UPDATE 3: two months later. We are now in November and still nothing. I doubt you have not been able to locate my order since I received a call only days after my last update (after being ghosted for about 8 months). Scheduled appointments for people to come out, double checked someone was coming out, and every time. No call. No show. If this isn’t how you want your business to be reflected, then stop being bad at business. Come out to my home, and fix the problems. It seems like DaBella loves getting the sales, but doesn’t actually care about you once they got you to sign the contract. A lifetime warranty means nothing if they never actually follow-through. Also, I HAVE called your 855 number, and guess what? No answer, and when I leave a message, no one gets back to me. At this point, DaBella has failed to adhere to the contract agreed upon, and is blatantly dodging me at every step. You want this fixed, call the Fargo office, tell them you have an upset customer with the name Matthew G. I have done my part, I have called, emailed, shifted my schedule to meet yours; and nothing. How about it's your turn to do your job and you do something about it. UPDATE 2: It has been over a year. And our windows are STILL not done. There is water damage in the window casing that showed up after installation. I have reached out to DaBella so many times, but nothing has been done. Original installation date was August of 2024. It is now Sept of 2025, and we are still trying to get this insanely mismanaged company to do the one thing they were hired for. I repeat, do not hire DaBella if you want a job done right. Hire literally anyone else. UPDATE: Another month has passed and no issues have been resolved. Someone has come out twice to take pictures of the broken, warped, and otherwise damaged windows, but yet, no one can answer me when I ask if the replacement windows have even been ordered yet. And now that it’s colder out, we are realizing that the windows were not installed

DaBella sent out amazing contractors (A 1 Remodeling) to do our siding. Both DaBellas team and the contractors team were great, they were very supportive and easygoing to talk to. They were able to make our siding dream a reality. I am posting both before/during and after pictures because the transformation is astonishing. Thank you to DaBella and A 1 Remodeling! We got our windows done by Dabella this winter. We went with the triple pane windows and couldn't be happier with our decision. There were many color/design options and we got exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated the Dabella salesman's design/professional recommendations and walking us through each step of the process. For example, he recommended the kitchen window open up and down instead of left and right which it was before. I can see our backyard instead of a wooden bar while doing dishes now. I noticed a huge difference in the quality and look compared to our old windows. When I first came home after the install, I literally said “I can see out of our windows so well!” I didn't even realize how bad our old windows were until that moment. Our energy bill has gone down over $100 a month since the install. Besides the savings, our house feels so much better. It feels cool on hot days and warm & cozy on cold days. This is even with our curtains wide open to get natural light. The windows also provide some privacy due to the tint. I don't feel like I'm living in a fishbowl with our curtains open. A huge bonus that I didn't realize until after they were installed was the amount of noise that is blocked. I also love the built in security lock in addition to the regular window locks - gives me more peace of mind. I never thought about windows much before but these have really improved our lives each day. I'm so glad we upgraded our windows with Dabella when we did instead of pushing it off until next winter. We will be going with the high quality products from Dabella on future house projects.

Edit to the review below. After almost 2 years, and 3 different installer crews we FINALLY have the windows we were sold. I will say Leonardo and his helper deserve 5+ stars for their professionalism and attention to detail - I hope the company recognizes them/ their work. His work is fantastic and the quality of work we were originally sold. If he were the initial installer, or even the second crew I would have easily given this company a 5 star review. 1 star is generous for this company. Unfortunately, we fell for their scam and believed the story about the quality of installers. We have been trying to get in communication with them for SEVERAL months regarding poor installation (i.e., noticeable drafts and bugs only in rooms they worked in)/warranty claim. Unfortunately, the company has not followed through. Now, we are approaching winter in the MidWest with "new" windows that are worse than the 22 year olds ones we paid to replace Update: same as before, we did get in contact with DaBella months ago. Shared photos of the poor installation and our experience. They agreed it was not the quality they sell and wanted to correct it. We have not heard from them in months.

After a storm, roof damage isn’t always obvious. Wind can lift shingles, break their seals, or loosen flashing without anything visibly missing. Signs to watch for include curling or uneven shingles and excess granules in gutters. Damage can start at wind speeds as low as 45–60 mph, especially on older roofs. Even without leaks, hidden issues can weaken your roof over time, so a quick visual check from the ground after major wind events is a smart habit.
