  Extremely long story short-we were told our 3 doors would be installed in one business day once they showed up within 3 months of the day we signed our contract. Turned into 11 months of waiting for our new doors and four extra days having to be taken off work because All Star kept ordering the wrong doors. The latch on one door also doesn't work-you have to lock the deadbolt in order for it to not blow open in a breeze. Also very poor communication. Not once in those 11 months did they reach out to us with an update, or to schedule the work. We always contacted them first.

Unfortunately, the door specs and lead times are at the manufacturer's discretion so we have no control over how quickly the product is received.   Update: since the last review I've had nothing but issues unfortunately. Got a bid for new shingles, gutters, etc... Took months to get the roofers scheduled, the work they did was good. But the Gutters has been nothing short of miserable. Was told they will be out there several times, no one ever shows, and no one calls to let me know what's going on. Today I called to see why they were not there again, was told the gutter guards were backordered 3 weeks. How can that be if you were scheduled to start last Thursday? I cancelled the order, will not do business with a company that doesn't communicate. FYI - if you call the local office, you get an answering service who takes down all of your information then passes you on to someone in the office, if they are there. It sure seems to me that they are woefully understaffed, if that's not it, it's badly mismanaged.

  We had an appointment set up with an Adam to look at replacing are roof.. He didn't show up or even call to let us know that he wasn't coming.. I got off work early to make sure i was home when they came. And nothing.. Not a very good way to do business.. We will find a different company that wants our business..

  They came over to look at the repairs we needed for our roof. He said he would email the estimate "real soon". It has now been over a month and we still don't have an estimate. We've called several times and every time we are told he is out of the office and will contact us when he returns.

  The side of my shed was badly damaged in a storm and was a complete eye sore until Allstar tackled the job. Their quote was completely fair and the two guys they sent out did an amazing job. They were even kind enough to quickly hammer in a sagging section of another part of my shed before heading home. Super grateful and now my wife doesn’t have what she kept calling “shed dread”.

  Allstar fabricated and installed a metal chimney cap. This will protect the chimney from moisture and ice deteriorating the chimney brick work. They did an excellent job, were on time and the price was reasonable.

  From initial visit from JP to the completed roof, we were impressed by the timely communication, professionalism, and quality of work that was done.The roofing team arrived on time, worked hard, courteous, conscientious, respectful. They took care to insure landscaping and yard were not damaged, and left the area as they found it. The team of 6 were the hardest workers we have had do projects at our home, would highly recommend Allstar Construction in the future!
