  Bought a door with a screen/storm door. The salesman promised the warranty covers anything that happens, well the latch for the storm door was set too high. We don’t use that door so I never noticed, the door closers kept the door closed. Until this past wind storm. Their warranty does not cover improper installation, they installed it. Surprise to me they won’t fix the $20 part and adjust the door catcher, they claim wind damage isn’t covered and blames the wind. It’s a pity because I have to replace my windows but after them denying the claim I won’t use them. But all in all I should have read the warranty before buying. I would not be dealing with this issue if I had went with a better company.

  Original window installers and siding installers were great. Roofing crew was less than adequate. Tried to take shortcuts. The service after the original installation has been horrible. Passing the buck and not returning texts or calls for days. Top it off today with getting hung up on while asking about replacement products because of a hail storm. Won’t use them again.

  I had a 40 year old 8 foot sliding patio door replaced . Dalton and his second in command worked tirelessly and installed our new door. They did an excellent job and it looks amazing!

  Wow, where do I start?!. The exceptional care and knowledge provided by the estimator or the incredible service, craftsmanship, and professionalism shown by the install team. Either way there aren't enough amazing things I can say about Western Products and Andersen Windows! From the moment Braden walked through our door, we were somehow excited about new windows instead of just burdened by the potential cost and inconvenience of replacement. He took extra time and diligent effort to make sure we fully understood the product, financial commitment, and timeline. He did so with enthusiasm that is somewhat rare these days. The install team, led by Daniel, couldn't have been better. He was maticulous in making sure everything was running smoothly and looking great while being respectful of our home and time. The entire crew seemed to be highly skilled and efficient even though it was freezing cold outside. The final product is gorgeous and we are extremely happy. We look forward to working with Western Products again for future home improvement projects.

  Western products did an amazing job of siding my home. They started promptly and worked diligently even through some miserable weather. The attention to detail was outstanding.   All we can say is WOW! Our house looks brand new. We have a 100+ year old house that had stucco siding on it. This was not going to be an easy job, but Brandon and Johnathon, the siding installers, where up for the task. We had several days of below zero weather that really slowed the siding install. But before they could even start the siding, they had to surround the house with wood furring strips to attach the siding. They also had to build out around the doors and windows. Once they got rolling, it was amazing to see the transformation of our house. No more missing stucco, sagging soffit, patchwork done on the stucco. We just cant thank these 2 guys enough. The did such a wonderful job on the siding, soffit and facia. Then enter Mike and Sam. They came over and installed all new seamless gutters, along with Gutter Gecko gutter screens. They also did a top notch job. I also have to thank our sales rep Taylor Savageau. With out his help, non of this would have happened. He listened to what we wanted out of the project, helped select the materials and style of siding and suggestions on how to tackle some of the tricky things to get this done. We feel everyone at Western Products went above and beyond on this project and we could not be happier with the outcome.
