  They are dishonest. They cash the check and don't fulfill their contract. There's no way to contact them. They don't answer the phone or messages. I'm going to file a complaint with the OPC and the RBQ. I encourage other victims of these thieves to do the same.

  Beware, Guillaume makes grand promises but doesn't honor his contracts... and when you try to call him... there's no answer. Very bad experience.

  Very disappointed. Great service until they take the money. After that, they don't honor the contract and the service becomes poor. I can't reach them and they don't return calls. Not trustworthy.

  Hello, I rarely leave negative reviews, especially since I'm not directly involved in this case. However, the situation seems so deplorable for my mother-in-law that it was imperative to take action. My mother-in-law signed a contract on May 15th for weekly lawn mowing with ENTRETIEN SAISONNIER (a subsidiary of ZENITH Toitures) for $707, paid upon signing the contract. Since then, there have only been two lawn mowings as of July 12, 2025, after repeated requests. Despite contacting them multiple times, nothing has changed. All of this is happening amidst the difficult situation my mother-in-law is going through due to my father-in-law's serious illness. If the situation continues, we will be forced to send a formal notice to enforce the company's contractual obligations. My mother-in-law signed a contract on May 15th for weekly lawn mowing with ENTRETIEN SAISONNIER (a subsidiary of ZENITH Toitures). Until then, we strongly condemn the almost non-existent service and lack of professionalism of this company.
