  I used this company for various services. I took time off work to be present for the evaluation prior to the quote. I was told I would receive the quote within 2-3 days, but I never received anything. I contacted the company again, and the secretary apologized for the situation before contacting the person in charge of the quote. He called me back to tell me again that I would receive the quote, but I still haven't received anything. In short, I went with another company due to their lack of professionalism.

  I wanted a quote for gutter installation. The representative was completely inflexible regarding their job review dates. They offered me a quote a month after my initial call. Furthermore, they don't do weekend quotes. I'm going to use a competitor who took the time to give me a quote over the weekend.
