Make an appointment and then don't show up. There might be an unforeseen circumstance, but not getting back to them is unacceptable. Do I want to do business with such an unreliable company? NO

  Reply from the business

We apologize for the missed appointment and understand your dissatisfaction. However, during our attempt to follow up, communication was abruptly interrupted, preventing us from resolving the situation constructively. We remain available to discuss the matter respectfully to clarify the situation and, if necessary, find a solution.
