I needed my roof inpected and a small repair to a leak cause by solar installers, but the owner was rude as rude can be. I called for this roof repair because it says they do all these things. It also says they do solar. It says they do repairs. Seemed like a great fit. My roof is 7 years old, but two years back, solar installers created a leak that I can't fix on my own because it's under the one panel. When I explained the assistance I needed, the man said they don't do solar repairs, or those kind of repairs in general because it might fail or could be a seperate issue and then he'll get a bad review, etc. I pointed out his imaging on Google shows they do solar, they post pictures of it and state all these great things about roof repair and their services. So it didn't seem like a stretch to ask him to lift one panel and repair the issue. When it felt like I really had to convince him, I said to just to forget it because it seems like he doesn't want to do the work. He then said it was very hot out, and he's trying to get his guys off of a roof. To call him later. I run a small business and also work outside. I get it. He also stated he was trying to get to vacation with his wife. Just don't answer the phone if that's the case. He listed all the reasons why he doesn't like to do this kind of work and said that home contractors get the worst reviews out of any industry. I just tried to say it's a slow leak and isn't a real rush and he should go on his vacation and can help me later. He was just combative the entire convert, so I mentioned again that it didn't seem like he wanted to help at all after all the reasons, and I just said I'll find someone else. The guy basically then said he didn't have time for this and we ended the call. How ridiculous... Honestly, I get it, he's probably stressed like the rest of us trying to run a small business, but repairing these issues is the business he is in. The call immediately ended his chance to help myself or anyone I

After my initial contact using the website, I was responded to immediately by the owner Zach. We made a time for an appointment. He personally showed up promptly and spent all he time I needed to discuss my needed work. Zachary was very informative and professional when It came to suggestions for my work needed. We finalize the appointment with a signed contract for the work to be performed and set a date to start the work. The crew was also very professional and handled all aspects of the discussed repairs and replacements noted in the contract. Everything was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Zachary would touch base with the crew often to make sure the job ran smooth and correctly. I would recommend ZBA to my friends and family for all you roof and gutter repairs.
