  The company has minions door knocking who are the most incompetent people I’ve ever seen. It’s actually pathetic. They can’t read a clearly posted “No soliciting” sign. Wouldn’t recommend based on that alone. I’d give zero stars if I could.

  If you hear or see the MLM home improvement knocking on your door do not answer. They will try to collect $3500 even before a contract is signed and even if you sign a contract and cancel it within the 3 day allowance by PA law they still want to collect $3500 for planing or some non sense. Best thing you can do is not even allow them to offer any services.

  Following a weather-related event, we engaged MLM to replace our roof and gutters. Work was very rushed, they finished working three hours after dark, using flashlights, and our new roof leaked. They sent a single guy to affect repairs (maybe just to show up?), and the roof actually leaked worse, leading to additional damage inside the house, which they apparently had no intention of repairing. An independent roofer's review of their work (they never sent anybody to review, even after finishing after dark) revealed, in a 22-page report, shoddy to incompetent work. They invoiced us for this work while our brand-new roof was still leaking. If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

  MLM was prompt, communicative and ultimately met our needs. At the end of the project as expected we had a small bullet list that they took care of. The service crew was amazing and I had a great interaction with Chris, the service manager and Manuel. Rich our project specialist was very patient and did a good job negotiating us through the process. Like any other home repair you have to be your own advocate and MLM was very tolerant of that. I would definitely use them again. They stood by their word and that’s a rare quality today. Five stars.

  I had called several home improvement people and they either didn’t return my call or said they’d stop by to give and estimate and they never showed up. I called MLM because part of our flashing came off during a wind storm. Mike Twining called me to schedule an appointment, he got someone out within a few days, they showed up, & did an outstanding job. Mike followed up every step of the way. If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. He followed through and the guys did a great job.

  MLM Roofing came through for me dealing with my insurance company. Chris Baldwin and his crew did an excellent job with my roof replacement. I have no complaints. They were on time. They worked throughout the day and got it done by 2 PM. Chris, the project manager stayed in contact with me every step of the way.. The cleanup went without a hitch and I am very satisfied! I will recommend MLM Roofing to all my neighbors and friends!

  Chris Baldwin and the crew did a fantastic job. From prep work to cleanup they were professional, courteous, and fast. The completed the house, garage, and worksop in single day and that included replacing several plywood roofing panels.
