  Dream home out of the blue showed up at my moms door one day and convinced her she needed a new roof mind you over the years a few shingles damaged gutter damage and a few leaks that had been patched the roof was easily a early 90s renovation but was excellent work nothing extensive the gentleman took a few photos of old water damage and a little mold as well as nails going through the shingles and the wood slats remember that and told her all about their new innovative 7 layers of protection well my mom not consulting anyone mind you she is in a walker after 4 crippleing back surgeries and on heavy meds agreed well first when materials were dropped off one roll of roofing paper about 30 boxes of shingles that’s it I show up and the shingles are 3 layer the roofing paper was put on one strip around bottom where meets the gutter and no flashing around the fireplace they broke the ladder leading to the attic and sure enough first rain water all down her brick fireplace and water damage to ceiling they came out put the flashing up in 10 minutes and left well they left a roll of bundled up roofing nails in her parking spot and I ge a nail in my tire we tell them no response now I s been a couple of months and now her flashing is leaking around the fireplace again as well as all the shingles are warping and lifting and the nail holes the salesman was so worried above times that by 10,000 if it didn’t hit the trusses it went through the shingles and wood and we call them to let them know about the leak and everything and was told they would give us a call back asked to speak to a manager or somebody other then the person answering the phone so I could get some answers and was denied saying she has to fallow chain of command but the repair specialist supervisor would give me a call well no a word from them since this company is a sham from what I can see 3,000 in materials and a couple of underpaid immigrant workers and charge 20, 000 to the customers from my experience as

  Initial meeting with sales rep Garret went well - he was extremely professional but more importantly personal during our meeting. He listened to our concerns and assisted us in working through everything until we had everything we needed in a way that met our needs. The initial sales call was to replace roofing, but had just had a roof installed in 2012 - So we went with new raingutters and trim. We went through the process and scheduled our work. The day they were supposed to come, they didn't show - a phone call to the concierge (Jennifer was very nice) informed me the team would be there at a later time. Five hours later, still no show. I was promised a phone call first thing Monday, but no call at any time - I had to call and leave a message. Next day I call again, and nice concierge Jennifer tells me the administrative team had decided not to do the project because my home was too old and one side was too close to a neighboring house, as well as the fact we had just replaced our roof fairly recently (At no time was that even discussed as we were purchasing guttering and trim!). We should have been told this during sales, during review by administrative team (they had reviewed all of the photographs and drone pictures), or even in the time before scheduling the work team to come to our house. We literally lost days of our time waiting for the work and waiting for an explanation. I cannot recommend the Dream Home team for this lack of professional courtesy and proper business practices.

  Substandard work...I have leaks and water damage....ceiling of master bedroom and attic....called DHR they returned but the problem was never solved.. going to court

  The pitch is a lie. You can't reach anyone in their customer service department. Try to cancel your appointment and see what happens. The prices they give you are not real because after dropping the price multiple times to their "lowest offer", I got a call the next day from their office offering an even lower price! Hold out for that if want the absolute bottom dollar quote. I'm not even sure they are certified by Owens Corning because I can't find them as a contractor on their website. I would be wary about doing business with them unless your expectations are fairly low. Nothing but lies and half truths all the way around.

  The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because the sales guy and gal stole a $60 flashlight my husband let them borrow. It's been weeks of calling them for its return with no luck. We will be filing a police report for theft.

  Terrible. Breached their contract, overcharged us (as we found out later), couldnt even do the job ( told us they could), customer service or as they call it "concierge" is awful. They don't return calls. They left their supplies out front for weeks. They don't want to close the accounts now after the job not being complete. Whatever you do, don't use Dream Home. We are still in this mess & it's been almost a month.

  Don't go with this company if you don't want a giant mess in your home. Can't speak for the quality of the roof but I can speak on the inconsideration of their idiot workers. Watched a man take a leaf blower and blow all the dirt from the job directly into my open windows covering every single object in my apartment in red dust. All over my kitchen counters, the whole floor, covered all my pots/pans & utensils so I couldn't eat without washing everything, all over my bed, damaged my plants, and sent it through the window AC unit so I can breathe it all in thank god! Do better

  Great experience with Dream home roofers. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the property clean, and completed the roof exactly as promised. Communication was clear from estimate to final walkthrough, and the finished roof looks excellent. I would definitely recommend them
