  The worst. Worked in the dark to rush the job. Ended up with a leak after job was done and months later still waiting for them to address repairs. And over priced to boot. Beware.

  I deeply regret ever conducting business with SmartRoof. The installation was just fine, but from my experience, they have major communication issues. They charge a premium price by offering a “premium service,” and I’m okay with this thought process. I’ve done many other projects with similarly-modeled businesses and they’ve all delivered on that promise of quality service. Not SmartRoof. Again, the installation was fine, but I wouldn’t expect them to go any bit out of their way to help you, even if they promise to do something “above and beyond” when you sign the contract. Their own website promises to “leave headaches behind” by dealing with contractors who “follow through on their promises.” Their words, not mine. Having done several roofing projects in prior homes, my experience says that you can get the same basic work that SmartRoof offers for a much more reasonable price. There isn’t anything “premium” about this company. Like many reviews before me have mentioned, their office is extremely difficult to get a hold of. I left voice messages, sent emails to multiple inboxes (including accounts receivable), and have yet to receive a response to any form of communication. The ONLY time I ever got a call from them was when I showed up on a report as having withheld a small portion of my final payment. After being promised follow-up communication in that instance, I have yet to receive the promised follow-up. The project manager whom I never met (Michael) apparently says he left me a message in response to one of those calls, yet nothing shows up on my phone records and they can’t provide proof on their end other than “his word.” Their accounting department (Michelle), which is the ONLY department I actually spoke to after the job was done, is very good at calling when money is due. She’s also very good at interrupting her customers and raising her voice to speak above them. She’s also a fantastic gatekeeper for the General Manager as I requested to speak with th

  UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, PROPERTY DAMAGE! We are currently having our roof done by Smartroof and have run into numerous issues that remain unresolved. Do not be fooled by the professional salesmen they send out to sell you a roof replacement. The day workers that actually do the job are unprofessional, difficult to communicate with because they are not native English speakers and make massive messes. No one is responsive or cares if your dog or children are affected by debris, nails, sharp edges shingles thrown around your landscaping, hardscaping and lawn. The crews do not put protection on your landscaping or hardscaping or windows. They blow debris off hardscaping into flower beds in attempts to hide messes. There is zero effort made to salvage trees and bushes and landscaping. Nails being blown around the yard. Zero protection on gutters now filled with trash, nails, and debris. As I write this, my yard is an absolute mess and we have asked for resolutions that continue to be ignored. We have had security cameras, signage, and window screens broken. This is on top of the wrong color being initially put up! DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE US BY THE PROMISE OF WHITE GLOVE SERVICE! Smartroof is as unprofessional as they come!

  Solicitor coming to my property on Sunday evening purely because I am outside. Please don’t come near my children unmasked. Please stop driving up and parking in my driveway the answer is NO!!!!

  It was a great experience working with SmartRoof! Sergio Santana and Devon Cruz handled every step very professionally. The actual work and the insurance payments were just as described to me at the beginning of the process.

  Excellent service! Can’t thank them enough. The crew workers were timely and worked hard all day to repair our roof. They cleaned up nicely and they were extra cautious when my family was entering and exiting the home. We appreciated that the most. Thank you!!

  I have been approached tons of times by idiots asking if I need a roof quote, or new windows, etc. and usually brush them off as clearly trolls, but this company seemed legit. They spoke the contractor, and insurance "language" and were professionals. I am in the insurance claims business so I know contractors and sensed they were legit so I let them take a look. They were fast, professional, organized, and every step of the way was handled about as well as I've seen from any company. They even told me that JUST to remain an accredited installer with GAF they would install whatever was required by the manufacturer, at no additional cost if the insurance company wouldn't agree to it, just to meet the recommendations of the manufacturer. They worked with me on timing, payments, have a really great website for updates, communication was prompt and efficient, I truly had a great experience from start to finish. I have already recommended this company to others and will do so again if I hear someone close to me needs a roof or other work done.

  What a great group of hard working guys. My house went from the 1940s to 2024 in two weeks. New siding on the house and a new roof on the garage, green house and shed. They even put some new shingles on the little roof over our decorative well. My homeowner insurance shelled out over 60 grand for all of this. There is no way they would have done this if it was just me asking Smart Roof knows just what to say and do to get what you deserve from your homeowner insurance.
