  So, we live in a "No soliciting" neighborhood. There are signs at all entrances to the neighborhood. The person was "Tony Wright". I have not one, but two "no soliciting" signs on or near my front door. Please see the attached pictures. One sign is generic in nature. The other is from the City of Olathe and has the specific ordinance listed on it that restricts solicitation(s). Apparently, this organization is above the law. Or, they don't care about laws. Or codes. So...will they care about codes when applying your new $10,000 - $30,000 roof in one to two days? Or, will they cut every corner possible to get done in one to two days? You can answer that on your own. Please note that a LOT of company's actually PAY their employee's to post good reviews for them. So keep THAT in mind when reading reviews on Google. Oh, and other places which I will go post to also. Now, the new stations all warn us as consumers...every year about storm chasing roofing company's. I wonder why. Yet, this company popped up out of nowhere and left their flyer (trash) on my door. I wouldn't trust a company like this with holding a parking spot for me. I would, however, trust gas station served sushi in the middle of nowhere, KS.

But we are a very well established company A+rated with the Better Business Bureau have been in business many years we didn’t pop out of nowhere. We are not storm chasers. We are a local roofing company if you got a flyer on your door again I apologize. It’s due to the fact that we’re probably building roofs for your neighbors and all of our reviews are organic reviews not from anybody that works here. We are on your local news everyday fox 4 so again I apologize for the inconvenience that brought to you to receive a flyer in your neighborhood that we either got a call from a commercial or a call from one of your neighbors in regards to the roof having damage. We are a local roofing company out of Lenexa Kansas, and we serve all of the metro area.

  only use this company if you're okay with them leaving multiple flyers a day on every house within a mile of you. claiming your neighbor is getting a new roof and they want you to have one too. they'll also write your address on the flyer so everyone knows who's responsible.

  Absolutely unacceptable. I have three separate “No Soliciting” signs clearly posted on my front door, and this company still chose to ring the doorbell anyway. That shows a complete lack of respect for homeowners and basic boundaries. If a company ignores something this simple before you even become a customer, it doesn’t inspire confidence in how they handle bigger things. I would not trust a business that disregards clearly stated requests. Do better.

  4 - 5 trucks none were work trucks parked in front of my house asked them why they were there when not working nearby they were polite and moved but had plenty of room to park and talk at entrance away from homes, Respect an Owner. One still tried to Solicit me after I showed him my No Solicitors sign which I had to realize he wasn’t going to listen as he said he wasn’t trying to sell me anything? Yesterday, another one of your employees rang my doorbell interrupting a business Zoom call, I asked if he read the No Solicitation sign, he said yes but did it any way, RESPECT WHAT? (it’s visible from the street)said he was working on a house in the area, Todd’s house he said? I don’t know Todd. I don’t know whether to be more offended he rang my bell trying to solicit me against my obvious wishes or the fact, his lack of expertise not noticing my roof is NEW and done by a RESPECTABLE COMPANY THAT DIDNT SOLICIT OR BOTHER MY NEIGHBORS I asked him to leave he still tried to give me a business card, why would I recommend someone who doesn’t Respect my House or my Instructions for No Solicitors ? Each encounter coincided with Hospital Appts I’d had w my Mom so not in a good mood, I’m a semi retired vet and would just like for your company to Honor my Wishes and Signage, Respect a Homeowner and now just stay outa my neighborhood. Reading other Reviews for doing this exact thing to others it doesn’t seem to be taken seriously which you stated you do.

  I won’t even consider doing business with this place. They taped a flyer on our door right above our no soliciting sign. This sign listed someone else’s address where they are currently doing work. I certainly wouldn’t want my address plastered around the neighborhood when they are ignoring no soliciting signs.

  I had a new roof put on in August 2024. After the roofers were done the roof looked very nice and the clean up was great. The first time I developed a leak they were very prompt in taking care of the problem. A couple of months ago I developed a leak in my garage and shed. I called and reported the problem and after another couple of calls a roofer called to ask about the leaks. After a few back and forth text the roofer wanted to come when I was going to be out of town and I told him that was fine until he argued about the shed without even seeing it. Because of that I told him he needed to come while I was home. Since then I have made numerous calls and left messages with no response.

  This company was illegally soliciting in Lee’s Summit. The “sales” person was very aggressive and rude. I would not trust this company at all.

  Your Neighborhood Roofer is a top notch organization that delivers fantastic results. They were competitive, fast, and did an excellent job installing our roof in Western Lenexa. With that said, we made the decision to go with this company because of Mark Logan. Throughout the entire process Mark was directly engaged in all aspects, including initial damage assessment (the roof was a hail claim), pre adjuster walk around, scheduling, and showing up 2x a day during the roof install. He was spot on regarding the insurance approval process and as result of his experience and professionalism, the entire project west as promised with zero price overruns. When you come across someone like Mark who truly loves what he does and enjoys working with and delivering for his clients, you realize how valuable their project ownership is. The only thing we needed to manage was where to park our cars in the mornings! I highly recommend Your Neighborhood Roofer as a company, and Mark Logan as a roofing professional.
