This company came to my house to assess the damage and was supposed to come back the next day to put a tarp over the damaged area on our roof, but they left a sign in our front lawn then completely ghosted us. I wouldn’t recommend this company to any family, friends or neighbors.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take all feedback seriously and want to address this directly — we have no record of a scheduled tarp service or follow-up appointment matching this description in our system. We complete tarp work same-day when possible, and when we do schedule a return visit, we follow through. We'd genuinely like to get to the bottom of this, as it's possible there may be a case of mistaken identity with another company. Please reach out to us directly at 833-492-7663 so we can look into this together and make it right if there's been any miscommunication on our end.

We have used Swingcoast on our last two houses. This spring we had significant damage to our home and commercial building and Travis, Caleb and team were there immediately after the storms to assess the damage and tarp if needed. This team is fast, efficient, fair, and knows how to navigate the sometimes daunting insurance process. Highly recommended!

Nate Johansen and his team at Swingcoast Roofs & Gutters did an outstanding job with our roof replacement and guttering. Very professional work, timely with attention to details of the project and clean up. I would highly recommend them.

Swingcoast Roofing was a referral from a good friend. They were everything that our friend told us they would be. They worked with us and our insurance company. Finding the right color and product for our project was made simple by Singcoast. They performed the install in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Great company to work with.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company! We were very hesitant on getting our roof checked after storms this last year just because we have heard the horror stories on how the process went. This company made the process so incredibly easy and our roof looks absolutely phenomenal! They walked us through every step and handled everything for us! Cooper was amazing and made sure we were completely taken care of throughout the entire replacement! I highly recommend this company and I absolutely love my new roof!!!

Swing Coast Roofing did an absolutely fantastic job. The team worked fast, did an amazing job cleaning up and even took the time to put the deck furniture back into place. The roof looks fantastic. The new gutters look great! We’ve had a lot of rain recently. Everything is working well. I’m highly recommend using Swing Coast Roofing for all future projects.

Great experience, 5 stars, Mason and Bryan kept the process easy and the project moving from start to finish.

Bryan did a storm season roof inspection for me on my 10 year old roof and said my roof was looking beautiful and did not require any work. I appreciate any time I consult with a company who doesn't recommend any work. I will come back to swingcoast in a few years or after the next major hail storm. Thanks Bryan!

Swing Coast did a great job replacing our roof and gutters after a storm last spring. Caleb was great to work with and his communication throughout the process was excellent. I would highly recommend Caleb and Swing Coast for any of your gutter or roofing needs.

Travis and his team recommended black gutters, down spouts and garage door. Within less than 2 weeks all completed. Fair price, great work and customer service. You won't go wrong letting them do your work.

Roof problems usually build over time. Weather stress can wear down materials, weaken seals, and eventually allow water into your home. 🏠 Catching the damage early can help prevent a much bigger repair. Let Swing Coast Roofs & Gutters take a look! 📍 Serving MO | AR | IA | KS | NE2 days ago
