  Doesn’t know what “no” means. We have a sign that says “no soliciting,” and despite this, they have gone out of their way to bother us about their business. I personally would not support a business that doesn’t care about bothering random people, but that decision is up to you.

  Ruf Plus was excellent to work with from start to finish. They were professional, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and did a great job handling our insurance claim, which made everything much less stressful. The crew also did an outstanding job with the cleanup after the work was completed.

  Working with Angel and Anthony was a delight. They went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule. The installation crew was respectful and professional, and the work site was thoroughly cleaned upon completion. We love our new roof and highly recommend RufPlus!

  From the moment RufPlus showed up at the house to give me an estimate on my hail damage I knew I in good hands. They were here to meet the insurance company and were a big help all through that process. When it came to the actual work of replacing the roof and gutters it was all done in a professional and timely manner. I was also impressed with the clean up afterwards. If I ever need more work done I will call no one else but RufPlus.

  RufPlus just replaced my roof and gutters and I couldn't be happier. They provide a great product with outstanding customer service. Throughout the process they went above and beyond what was expected. They are very professional, friendly and put the customer first. I highly recommend them.

  Angel and his crew at RufPlus did an amazing job replacing a roof on one of my properties. Angel is a professional and it shows. His crew completed the roof in a single day and the new roof looks amazing. I was extremely happy to find the entire property was clean and free of any old materials when they finished. Denied to Approved! How We Fought for a Full Roof Replacement. When this homeowner's insurance adjuster came out after the storm, they approved hail damage on the metal components (vents, flashing, gutters) but denied the shingles, calling them "serviceable." We disagreed, and we had the evidence to back it up. During our own inspection, we found clear hail hits across the roof. Bruising, granule loss, and exposed mat on multiple shingles, not normal wear. So we performed a repairability test right there on the roof. We took a damaged shingle tab and tried to lift and reseal it the way a repair would require. Instead of flexing, it cracked. That's the proof an adjuster needs. Shingles that brittle can't be repaired without causing more damage, which means full replacement is the only code-compliant option. We documented the test with photos and video, wrote up our findings, and submitted a reinspection request directly to the insurance company. This resulted in the carrier reversing their decision and approved the full roof, shingles included. This is exactly why we inspect every roof ourselves before accepting an adjuster's first call. Insurance companies don't always get it right the first time, but we make sure our customers don't pay out of pocket for damage that should be rightfully covered.
