The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Your Local Roofer. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
6 more of the 6 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

We recently had our roof replaced by Alex and his team with Your Local Roofer, and we are so pleased with the finished product and the level of service we received. He was very communicative and responsive at every stage of the process, and it is clear that he runs his business with a high level of integrity. He was also very competitive price-wise. I highly recommend Your Local Roofer.

They recently replaced my roof and the job they did was phenomenal. High quality underlayment and shingles with a 50 year life span. Excellent communication, quality installers and were very respectful about protecting shrubs and house to prevent damage. I would highly recommend them for their quality of work, honesty, communication and timeliness.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Your Local Roofer. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
