The team was super informative and kind during the process! They were not pushy and was able to provide a detailed quote with breakdown of costs and repairs.

This company did everything that they said they would do. While they were working on my house I was sent to the hospital with a heart condition. They weren’t just concerned about the outcome of their completing the job. They were worried about me. The owner checked on me and the sales representative did too. If you want to work with a caring company. Carolina Elite Roofing is the company that you want.

Mark came by for a roof inspection and estimate. Both he and Alex are incredibly friendly and completely pressure-free—a refreshing change from other companies. When it is time to replace my roof, they will absolutely be my top choice.

We had some issues with metal roofing above our porch and Alex came out right away to see what was wrong. There was some hail damage that was missed from the Insurance company 3 years ago. Alex helped us document the damage and came back to do some “chalking” to provide proof to the insurance company. We were able to be partially reimbursed by the insurance company thru Alex’s efforts plus they did a great job replacing the metal roof.

Thank you so much for the review, they mean the world to us! We're so glad we were able to helpbyou through the insurance process once we noticed the hail during our inspection. We hope to remain your choice for all things roofing!

I highly recommend them. I had a vent boot leaking, I contacted Alex for a quote about 3:45, three hours later not only did I get a quote, but the whole job was completed. My wife and I consider that a blessing. Wonderful service!

Had a question about potential hail damage. They came out super quick and gave me an inspection. While we are not going forward with the roof (so I can't speak to their workmanship) I did appreciate their honesty and clarity.
