  BE WARY OF THEIR 5-STAR REVIEWS -- I was fooled too. ! I had a tree fall on my house and due to that stellar rating I had the son Anthony come out. He seemed pleasant enough and gave me what seemed to be a fair price (it is a small job luckily). I asked by phone if when he came he could do it on the spot and he said no, so I realized that much. Upon arrival he assessed the damage (without even going on a ladder to look mind you) then provided the quote. Once he saw the job Anthony said they are very busy so it may not be until the weekend after next before they could get to me; a little longer than I wanted to wait but it was a small job and a fair price. A couple weeks went by with no word so I texted to follow up if he could do it and he replied, "I'll let you know on Thursday". Because I knew how non-committal he was I asked "So is there even a CHANCE you can do it this coming weekend then?" and his curt reply was "Like I said, I'll let you know Thursday". This, and the time I'd waited already, put me off and then as suspected I got no word from him on Thursday of course. So days later I texted asking if his radio silence meant he didn't want the job and AGAIN, no response. I figured I'd give him one last chance a few days later to respond so I texted and finally (figuring ghosting me was not working), he told me they are too busy for me and will not be doing my job. What an unnecessary waste of my time with all the issues I'm dealing with already. It shows unreliability and a lack of concern for their customers who they gave a quote to, not to schedule the job or to even follow up with -- twice (especially one a tree on their house and other storm-related damage). It's one thing to be busy but to come out and give a quote and then ghost someone hoping they'll go away is very unprofessional.   Don't waste your time here. After phone calls, texts, website contact submission, and voicemail, this business has been completely unresponsive. I guess it's their loss considering the job is likely going to turn into a full roof replacement, but they can't even communicate to assess what the job is.

  We had a roofing issue that had to be addressed quickly. We had one company come out that quoted $1800. YM Roofing came out same day and gave us several options to choose from, explaining each one. So glad we called YM Roofing, and the repairs were done the next day! Great company, great service, great people.

  Selling my home and needed about 15 tile replaced after the home insection. I called up YM Roofing after hours and Anthony picked up while at the F1 races downtown. We discussed what was needed and he quoted me a price over the phone(that was a few hundred less than 2 other roofers). We scheduled for a couple weeks out when he had availability as I wasnt in a rush. He text me when he was on his way and unfortunately I was unable to meet him since I was stuck at work. Even still, Anthony replaced not only the 15 he quoted, but 18 tile that actually needed to be replaced, and still only charged me the quoted amount. I felt so bad I was inquiring how to pay immediately after recieving photos of tbe completed job. He said he would send me the invoice and details later that evening which blew me away. Not only was Anthony kind, knowledgeable and friendly over the phone, he was prompt and courteous with his service and made it about taking care of the customer, not about the money. Thank you Anthony, I have already sent another person your way for tile repair and will definitely be in touch for my new house!

  5 stars is not enough for this company! I was dreading tackling this project for years, but I would have done it sooner if I knew this company existed! Don't waste your time with any others - this is the best! The communication, professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail are unparalleled! The price was more than fair, the product high quality, and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal!

  From contact to completion of the work was three days. I called for a "couple of broken roof tiles". They found way more then I expected and damaged plywood. Great repair, fair price and complete cleanup of the work area. They were also contacted by my neighbors, and complete their inspections the same day they completed mine.
