They left one tile out and I’ve been waiting for months now for them to come back and complete the job. They are non responsive… the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Wow I am so pleased. Had a room mate hit my house with a U-Haul and damage my roof tiles and the underside. Not only did he come right away for the estimate the repair was done RIGHT the next day. Was so happy had them back out to reseal a couple things and replace a couple more tiles just a few days later. Highly recommend

UPDATE 6/15/2026: We ended up working with Premier Roofing Contractors LLC again, about 9 months later, to complete the rest of the roof. Yet again, we were so impressed with Jose and his team on multiple levels. They communicated what we could expect and over delivered with their cleanliness and speed of work. We anticipated two full days of construction on the roof, and the team not only got it done in one day but had the yard cleaned up by 5pm that evening! Unfortunately, we only have one roof to manage, so we aren't able to use their services in the near future but we will be recommending them to friends in the area for sure! Jose and his team are fantastic! We had such a great experience with Premiere Roofing, I would recommend them to anyone! Our roof took a hit from a stormy monsoon week, and before we could even search for roofers to quote us, we had Jose’s business card in our door. He saw the damage as he drove by the following day and dropped off his card, such a welcomed gesture. We reached out right away and were pleased with his kindness and approachable demeanor. He reiterated that he strives to take care of his customers and not over-quote for work that isn’t necessary so we agreed on just fixing the one portion of our roof rather than the entire roof. He was able to color match our older shingles perfectly and the job was done in one morning! Timely, great communication, and super friendly. Thanks Jose and team!!

One thing that stood out was the follow-up after the work was completed. A representative called a few days later to make sure everything met expectations and to answer any remaining questions. That extra effort showed they care about customer satisfaction beyond simply finishing the job.
