  A1 roofing does not honor their warranty. They were very eager and persistent when they quoted me and did the work but a few months after the roof was installed an end cap and some tiles fell off during a rain storm. I’ve called probably over 10 times now and I have not gotten a call back. This is my last resort other than calling the BBB. Don’t let them give you an estimate. It’s hard to get them out of your home once they’re there. It’s difficult to talk them down.

  If I could go lower I would. How is it that a company calls asks if I want a free roof inspection then hangs up before I can even say no because I just had my roof replaced. That is extremely rude I really hope customers aren't treated like this all the time

  Hi Candy, thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry for the frustration. This was a complex insurance claim, and while we work closely with homeowners through the process, we are not public adjusters and cannot control the claim outcome once it is closed by the carrier.

Our Project Managers and Roofing Specialists ensure that customers understand what they are signing. We are sorry that there seems to be a misunderstanding. Additionally, our forms are very easy to understand. No scary legal jargon present. I'd be happy to review the documents with you. Give the office a return call back so we can help. Our Sales Director made multiple attempts to contact you to get to the bottom of the situation and address your concerns. We are still waiting to hear from you. Hopefully we can make this right and earn another satisfied customer like all the other's that have reviewed us.   Had multiple companies put in an offer to redo our aging roof. For a 5bd house they quoted underlayment replacement at $17k and an additional $4k for tile. I said I'd like to go with them and we scheduled a date to meet and finalize everything. They cancelled and said they're going to reschedule when back in the office and they never got back to me, even after I reached back out. I just got ghosted by them. I was ready to write the check. I just got ghosted.

  Finally, they got somebody in their company who is concerned and professional about taking care of my problems. Everything has been fixed and resolved, and it Seems the company is on the right path. Thank you for getting to my issues and getting it fixed. Good luck in the future.

  I had a leak in my roof. Tim and Miguel came out and Identified the problem immediately. The repair was done that day and they came back two days later to make sure the repair fixed the issue. They were very professional and did a clean job. I recommend them for all your roofing needs. Thanks Guys
