Our team always strives to provide the best service possible, but the recent heavy rains and an unusually high workload caused unexpected delays in scheduling, inspections, and follow-ups. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize. Regarding the inspection, our inspector attempted to locate the shingle needed, but unfortunately it was discontinued. We also want to clarify that a full roof replacement estimate was sent after we had the call that the shingles were discontinued. As a small, family-owned business, we always work hard to provide the best service possible, but times we fall short. We are sorry we missed the opportunity to work with you, and we wish you the best with your roof replacement.

  Hi Steffanie, we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and for not following up sooner, that is not the way we aim to do business. During the inspection, our inspector explained that we would look for your specific roof tile color, which is required by your HOA, and gave you the cost of the repair. At that time, you mentioned that you did not have the funds available. We have since been searching for that exact color tile, but unfortunately, it has been discontinued and we were not able to find a perfect match. Our inspector return the call today and spoke with you to explain the situation and offered to complete the repair with similar tile for the same price. We truly apologize for the delay and appreciate your time and understanding.

  We have emailed twice to get a quote and called multiple times. We did receive 1 call and called them back but got answering machine. Have not heard back since, just keep getting answering machine over and over. Very frustrating!

  I wish I had read these reviews. I had an appointment scheduled for an estimate for 12/28/2020 for patio roof repair, no show and no call.

  Terrible service. Had to wait 2 and a half weeks just to get someone out for an estimate for a leaking roof. Had to adjust my work schedule and leave early which cost me money to make sure I am home for the guy because for some reason they couldn't do an estimate if I wasnt home. Then 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment they call and say they are behind even after waiting 2 and a half weeks and he wont be coming to look at it but they can come out tomorrow morning. I guess companies like this dont understand in order to pay for this people have jobs and can't just take the day off just because you cant do your job and show up when you say you will.

  Albert confirmed an appointment for “noonish” Tues. April 3. It’s now well past “threeish +” still no show. Thought a local contractor in Avondale would like some work close to home. Guess not. I will leave it at 2 stars in case he shows hours late

  Estrella Roofing did a great job! They fixed the issues that the builder did incorrectly and they also replaced 90 tiles that were cracked by the company that put up the netting around the solar panels. Also, they were very honest and didn't charge as much as the quoted estimate! Highly recommended!

  They responded very quickly to my call, gave a reasonable estimate and were quick to come out & get the work done. When they found additional tiles that needed to be replaced, they gave us a good price to get that work done at the same time. They sent photos of before and after as soon as the work was completed. I would definitely use them again.

  We solicited quotes from six firms. Estrella was middle priced but we feel they were a great value. We have a 50 square roof with nine distinct sections. We highly recommend - five estrella (star in spanish). Professional, hard-working, careful, and considerate staff. We are very pleased with their work, and we've recommended them to our neighbors. Work was done in December 2025.
