  I hate to leave negative reviews. Also having your girlfriend leave me a negative review on google real professional. I will say the work that was done was good when he showed up to do it. It was over sold and underdeliverd. I was billed about 40k over the original qoute. I was told you added work I had to bring in other people just to finish the work that needed to be done. Then asking for more money in the middle of the job. When i asked to see where all the money i deposited went i was told, i am a general contratractor i don't need to show you anything and it was very stern when he said that. I was told that the time i asked for the project to be done was not unreasonable. Then I was told 90 days well it went past that to. Also never once did I get told we are running behind schedule.

  We here at YJC pride ourselves in giving our customers what we have contracted with them to do. In this case we were contracted to replace a multi layer garage roof with cedar shingles. The removal of this much accrued roofing material in the restricted space allowed made for a difficult job. Despite this difficulty and the proximity to a commercial bar property we were able to remove and replace the roof in one day and that included a re-deck with 7/16 OSB. Cleanup was done with little debris left behind other than a few pop bottles that remained inside the garage due to it being a windy day. Other small debris also later fell from a line of bushes very close to the garage. It's very hard to get everything in that scenario. When We were made aware of the situation of some debris remaining, it was collected and removed promptly. As for the decoration, (weathervane) a promise of a 10% discount was offered, if we could not locate the weathervane in question. We indicated we would look through our trash. The weathervane was eventually located on the property but not where our man had placed it, after some investigation It was later discovered in the homeowners recycling bin, it was then reinstalled as per our agreement. Because our discount was contingent upon finding the weathervane we did not expect that there would be any problems with it's reinstallation. Any assertion that it was stolen as was suggested is patently false. Six people affirmed that this is not only the same weathervane but so to did the homeowner in her description to us when we asked her for details on it. We understand the homeowners concerns and try to be responsive to them. By finding and returning the weathervane we believe we did the very best we could.

  Howard Smith of Yellow Jacket Construction in Oshkosh, WI. replaced our roof with his excellent team. My husband and I were so impressed from start to finish. The whole process was quick and efficient. Our roof had many peaks and was quite steep. The job was completed in one full day! The property was cleaned throughly when they finished. It was a pleasure working with Howard. He is honest, friendly and trustworthy. The cost of our roof replacement was far less than other quotes we received. Highly recommend! Job well done.

  I watched this team reroof a neighbors rental property. They were efficient, and completed the job in one day, from ripping off and cleaning up old to quality installation of new. They were quiet( no loud music or shouting) and courteous. I will keep their name in mind if we need them in the future!!!

  Found the company to be very honest and did a incredible job for us!! We did not have the easiest roof to install. These guys had it done in 3 days! I would highly recommend them to anyone reading. We certainly made the right choice.

  I am very pleased with this company. The workers were professional, prompt & courteous. They cleaned up nails & debris continually while working. They were very friendly to deal with.   Great customer service, very prompt in response time. Very had an emergency project come up and even though it is their busiest time of the year made time to come out and fix our roof issue. Great work. Thank you for everything.
