  Peter Benton and Myles Dolata were very efficient, friendly, and professional. Peter helped me navigate the insurance claim process. Myles managed my home's damaged roofing tear off and re-roof which was completed in 1 day. I highly recommend Rutters Roofing.

  Service was amazing. Chuck and team were very responsive to requests and questions. We are very happy with the finished work. On top of that, Chuck came back after another storm and put back on a peice if trim that the wind took off at no charge. Thank you guys very much. We will be recommending to all friends and family.

  Roof and gutters are looking great (installed on garage and home, added ridge vents, and flashing on fireplace)! The crews were all nice to work with. A few pieces of feedback: Communication and coordination weren't always the smoothest. It often felt like the initiative for several steps (scheduling the job, arranging the final walkthrough, etc.) fell on us rather than the crew. After they swept up, we still picked up around 60 nails ourselves. We expected to find a few stragglers, but that was more than anticipated. They did get some touch-up paint on a few shingles, but they corrected it promptly with no pushback. Overall, solid work on the finished product—just some room to improve on the process and communication side. We also didn't understand the difference between gutter and apron so when we wanted black gutter we expected the whole item to be black. They quickly got black aprons for us which was great.

  My duplex neighbor and I had hail damage from the hailstorm on 5/15/25. Our first contact with Rutters Roofing was Jake Johnson. Jake had to work with two different insurance adjusters since my neighbor and I have different insurance companies. He sat down with us to explain the estimates, and he answered all of our questions. Rutters even followed up to get us our recoverable depreciation when the project was finished! John Pryme was our project manager, and John's crew did an amazing job on our roof. Our yards were totally clean of nails and debris when they finished, too. Highly recommend this team! Five stars for professionalism, communication, timeliness and cleanliness! Sometimes it's hard to find a trustworthy contractor, but these guys are the real deal.

  I had a great experience with Rutters, from their help filing a claim to guiding me through the back-and-forth process. The team was professional from start to finish, communicated clearly, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. The quality of the workmanship really stood out, and the finished result looks wonderful. They were respectful of my property as well as my neighbors’ property, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when the job was complete.   11 years ago the contractor for our 1100 sq. ft. addition replaced the roof with its addition $9300.in 2006. As I entered “unsure” the significant amount from this hail-related replacement 2025 does not easily reconcile that price difference.

  Great experience from the beginning with Jake and Peyton on the sales side all the way to the end with Miles, Chuck and the rest of the team. Everyone was responsive, and the attention to detail was great.
