I called for an estimate to replace a gutter damaged in a storm. He took a heavy sales approach trying to tell me my roof needed replacing, which it does not. He quoted me $1900 to replace 60ft of gutter or $1600 if I agree to have my name …

I’m sorry that you had a bad experience with your visit. Being a small family owned company we take pride in providing our customers with honest up front pricing with no hard sales pitch. We will address this and make sure that our consultants know how to provide a better customer experience. Looking at your estimate the break down was as follows: 71 feet of gutters 15 feet of downspouts $1884.00 MSRP Discount offered of $282.60 Total price $1601.40 Being that you are over 45 mins away there is a trip charge to have our gutter guy to make that trip.

Missed the need for new decking until roof was done and refused to provide a detailed estimate for the decking after we showed proof his estimate was extremely high. Poor customer service and communication. I wish we had never worked with this company.

Still having water issues, lots of debris left on the roof coming down with weather, clogging downspouts. Put old gutters and downspouts on where they could.

Installation looks clean but very sloppy work. Left garbage and excess hardware everywhere in the yard and landscape. Pulled off for two days and left all of their equipment and garbage scattered in the yard and landscape. Found Multiple quarter zip screw in the driveway along with various metal shards. Installed new gutters and did not fill the holes they left in the siding of the house from the old gutters. Not happy with their "professionalism"

Don't use Rosenow Customs for any roof or gutter needs. Terrible experience. Never on time and don't give any updates. You have to be the one to initiate any update. When you have a question or an issue the first thing is an excuse or it is not their fault. There are alot of other companies that you can go with before them. Do your research before going forward.

If you want some kid by the name of Mason to come over and leave an oil stain on your driveway then Rosenow roofing is for you. Be aware they use a heavy sales approach on atlas shingles. You can get them at any big box store. Wasted my …

Had them come out to give me a quote on my roof. Never contacted me again. I tried following up but got no response.

Jarred I’m sorry we never came back out to follow up with you. We had some big emergencies within the company as the owner fell off a roof and almost died. If you email us your information I will make sure someone comes out this next week. shaner@rosenowcustoms.com

After the recent tornado Rosenow was tarping and patching roofs at no cost on Doty Island to help people. I can't tell you how thankful we were. It was a relief when we needed it the most.

We had our old bathtub removed and replaced with a walk in shower. The entire process from start to finish was great. Shane and Chris helped so much with what we wanted when we met. Good recommendations and answered all our questions. His installer and his plumber were right on time, explained their work, and cleaned up nicely when done. It’s looks great and we are extremely happy with the final results. Shane stands behind his work and we would highly recommend Rosenow Customs.

A huge thank you to the entire Unforgettable Underdogs team! We are grateful to be able to help this amazing Appleton based dog rescue. They do amazing things! Along with building relationships with customers, we are grateful for each one of those that we get to help with not only their exterior remodeling projects such as roofing, windows, and siding, but also with their shower replacements or tub to shower conversions. We are changing the way people look at remodeling one project and one interaction at a time and doing it while giving back & serving our community here in Neenah and all of the Fox Valley area.
