  I requested a roof inspection, which we were assured we would have before a deadline. They went back on their word and never even provided the inspection, damaging our relationship with our client.

  This company provide warranty that they don't stand behind. They don't value or appreciate there customers. I would not recommend them for roof repairs or new roofs., once they get your money good luck getting back in touch with them if you have a PROBLEM.

  Project started out great, it seemed like they knew what they were talking about and were able to get started soon. Then there were problems, and the main issue is just lack of communication. They are slow to respond and almost disappear until after repeated calls they show up and then disappear again. Job is still not done.

  My roof was recently changed. They were professional and worked really fast.As we found termites damages,Melvi waited for me to put the termites tent in the middle of the project, delaying the tiles delivery. The work was done in about 3 weeks with all the inspections. I recommend this company.

  I spoke with a number of roofing companies at first and this one not only offered the best value, but was also the responsive. Fantastic customer service, everything was well explained and no unexpected charges. Plus the roof was installed months sooner than originally expected and completed in the timeframe they gave me. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof in Miami Dade!
