  I am extremely disappointed with this roofing company. The work is still not completed after over 2 months of delay, the company has repeatedly delayed the project, failed to meet promised timelines, and provided little to no clear communication regarding when the work will actually be finished. As a homeowner, I expected professionalism, reliability, and timely service. Instead, I have been left waiting for more than two months with an unfinished roof and constant uncertainty. Every time I seek an update, I receive excuses, including that they brought the wrong color i had chosen at the time of the contract. I understand that delays can happen, but there is no excuse for taking payment and then leaving a customer in limbo for this long without consistent communication or accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you are considering hiring them, make sure you get everything in writing and be prepared for significant delays.

  Scheduled a roof inspection, sent pictures of the house along with a description of issues to look for. Guys showed up w a two story ladder, needed a three story ladder, said they would be back the next day at 10am to fulfill the appointment. At 10:45, they were no call no shows. I called the company. They do not have a three story ladder that will reach the top of this two story house AND will not be locating one to do this job AND I guess were fine with their employee lying and leaving us hanging. What an unprofessional garbage waste of time. (Did not pay for wasted time, but Google won’t let a review post without a paid price being chosen.)

  Mr. Balazs is an exceptional representative for Action Roofing. He explained the problem with my roof clearly to me. He was very knowledgeable and he provided me with reasonable cost figures for the repair. He was also prompt in responding to my concerns.
