Job done in two weeks! Very detailed from laying plastic for screws, fascia selection, making sure all is straight, replacing damaged plywood, and detailed explanation about decisions to be made (very important in any construction process). Best roofer and very well known in Miami Lakes.

Hector and his crew are true professionals who took care to clean and manage the job during our roof replacement. He communicated with us constantly to let us know when the paperwork was completed and when the crew would start the demolition. Even with the demo day, the crew took care to keep debris organized, piled and then swept off and removed all the residue. Hector s crew even repainted the replaced fascia boards to ensure a finished look. Now our place has a more updated look with flat tiles which are perfectly aligned. From start the finish, we were glad that we chose Hector & Sunlight Roofing.

Hector and his crew at Sunlight Roofing are nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the communication and customer service were top tier. No long and drawn out sales pitch, no hidden costs. Hector was very straightforward with everything from the beginning. He even pointed out a bad weather head that needed replacing, which I would have never known about if it weren't for them. They also work quickly and efficiently. I HIGHLY recommend Sunlight Roofing if you need any roof repairs or replacement.
