In December of 2022, we had Soza Roofing replace our roof. While we were initially happy with their work and I am supportive of family owned businesses, I am very disappointed with Soza Roofing. They boasted that they had a 10 year warranty …

I entered into a contract with Soza Roofing on March 22, 2023 to re-roof my patio. After many weeks of not hearing from them I called the office and was told they were waiting on permit from Town of Davie and would call me back. Never did. Weeks later I called again and was told they were still waiting for permit and would call me back. Never did. I called the Town of Davie in May and was told a permit had not been applied for by Soza Roofing for my property address.

Good morning Mrs. Dalia Merlo, We are very committed in providing all customers with the highest quality service. We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority. It is a surprise and very unfortunate that we have received a 1 star review from you. Since the beginning, upon the initial roof inspection, we have highly recommended a complete re-roof where we would provide a 10 year labor warranty (plus the material warranty). Unfortunately due to the advanced deteriorated condition of the roof, leaks will continue to arise at other locations and eventually get worst. At this advanced stage all the plywood, lumber and trusses underneath the roof are deteriorating and consequentially condemning the structure of this unfortunate property, due to negligence. Besides being professionally advised, however unfortunately, you have decided to only hire to perform the replacement of the 03 new skylights; therefore, you believed that all leaks should stop. Please understand that we cannot be held reliable for leaks at other locations of the expired roof and much less for services that were not performed by us. We would like exercise a moment to recapture the line of past events: 1-Your husband and you have acknowledged the expired roof condition, however and unfortunately your final decision was to only replace the skylights. 2- Our highly skilled team has best performed the replacement of the 03 new skylights according to Florida’s Building Code using Miami-Dade Approved materials, as agreed upon in the proposal. 3- We have also changed the surrounding plywood within the Skylights as proposed in the scope. We have documented photos of all work performed and also photos of the new plywood around the skylights. These photos were shown to you at the time. 4- It is not common for warranty calls, therefore we take pride in our high quality job deliveries, however upon your contact months later, we have immediately sent our best technicians to the property to analyze the

This group of roofers was recommended to me by a neighbor, who said they were very responsible in their work. With me, it was the complete opposite. There isn't a single business in the United States, of any kind, that doesn't …

Good afternoon Mr. Gacia, how are you? We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority. We are committed in providing all customers with the highest quality service for a great service experience. It is a surprise and very unfortunate that we have received a 1 star review, interesting enough we haven’t even provided any of our quality roofing services to you, nor your property. For us to perform a qualified and precise roof estimate, it is very important for our professionals to be authorized to go on the roof to perform a visual inspection, take photographs (if necessary), note down all the necessary measurements and verify all roof perimeter details (hips, ridges, valleys, etc.), along with any other detail that may impact on workmanship or material cost. This onsite, physical inspection brings full transparency and best interests for all customers. Unfortunately we were not authorized to go on the roof of your property, so as mentioned; we were unable to provide you with an estimate. Please understand that your situation was exceptional. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. For your appreciation, Soza Roofing Corp. is a licensed, fully insured and well established company that obtains professionals which have over 30 years in experience, in providing the best and most reliable roofing repairs, maintenance services and new roof system installations (for all Residential, Commercial and Industrial roofs). I am very satisfied with my new roof, excellent job. I appreciate very much what Eddy Soza Senior has done for me, he has always showed me that he cared and always tried to help me when my old roof needed repairs. Now I look at my new roof and it looks amazing. Everyone starting from his sons and workers were very professional, caring and tried to please me in everything. I recommend them without a doubt. Soza Roofing is the best! They are family owned with a personal touch but big enough to take on any job. They are professional, very reasonably priced, quality driven, and communicate well (unusual for a services company these days). I had a leak in the garage under some barrel tile and also needed a small section of flat roof coated with silicone (the entire roof is over 12 years old). Eddy Sr. came to assess the situation personally and a quote was received in short order. After a couple of rain delays, they sent Rene and Sergio to do the work. These guys were relentless in finding the source of the leak and even went a little further so they could replace the damaged deck boards underneath. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves as they went. They were determined to do the job right and shows how much Soza Roofing cares about their quality reputation and their customers. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Thank you Eddy Sr., Eddy Jr., Kelvin, Rene and Sergio. Great job!

I had work done yesterday by Soza Roofing, they were great. Left the outside area where work was done clean, looked as if heavy duty work never took place. They were cordial and very accommodating. Will definitely use again if needed and I do recommend their services.

Soza Roofing Corp. was phenomenal to work with. They are an excellent company. Eddy Soza (father), and sons Eddy, and Kelvin are very professional. I really like working with them, they are great! They all are super responsive, helpful and got our new roof done in one month, what more can you ask for. All the employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. Eddy Jr. provided us with a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and keep us informed every step of the way. Once we agreed to have the work completed, it was smooth sailing - from the delivery of the materials to the finished product. Thank you, Soza Roofing Corp. for exemplifying EXCEPTIONAL customer service and for a job well done. I highly recommend them! Marquez Family 2019
