started with a free inspection after i noticed some curling shingles. the estimate came quick and was clear about what needed doing. we went back and forth a little on timing and they were flexible about it. once scheduled the crew got the tear off...

We had Xpert Roofers do a complete tear off and new shingle roof and I'm happy with the choice. What really registered was the actual result. The old roof was patchy and mismatched from years of little repairs and now the whole thing looks even. They matched the color to the trim so it works with the house instead of sticking out. They also did the gutters, which were sagging and pulling away in one corner, and put in new fascia where the wood had gone soft. Everything sits flush now and the water drains where it should instead of pooling near the foundation. There was an old skylight too that had gone foggy and was leaking a bit, and the new one is clear and tight with no more staining on the ceiling under it. The end result is what I actually care about. We've had a few hard rains since and I keep checking the attic and it stays dry. The house feels ready for winter now.

new shingle roof on a 1950s ranch. xpert handled the tear off and full install in two days. they also fixed a section of soffit that had bird damage which i had pointed out during the estimate. shingles are a darker grey, look way sharper …

full shingle replacement plus new gutters and fascia on the south side where everything was getting soft. xpert was one of three companies i called around Park Ridge and they were the only one who actually got up on the roof during the estimate instead of using a drone or whatever. shingles we picked were a charcoal architectural style and they look way better than the old three tab. fascia work turned out cleaner than i expected too, the paint match on the trim is dead on. gutters were upgraded to the bigger 6 inch ones since the originals were undersized for the roof area. project took 3 days total because of the extra carpentry work on the fascia. crew was here every morning around 7. yard got swept with a magnet after. price was on par with the others

We had a persistent issue with ice dams forming along the back edge of the roof every winter, and the resulting water had started getting into the attic insulation. Two previous companies had told us it was just a gutter problem and …

Got our roof done and the process was pretty smooth from the estimate to The final day. The crew worked fast and the area around our property in park ridge was cleaned up well after. The new shingles looked solid.

I'm in Des Plaines and used Xpert Roofers for a roof tune-up plus gutter work. They found a couple loose shingles, sealed a small flashing gap, and re-routed one downspout that was dumping water too close to the foundation. They also …

called them for gutters and a small roof repair at our place in mt prospect. they measured everything, explained the pitch and downspout spots, and didn't rush the questions. install looks clean, seams are neat, and water isn't spilling over the edge anymore. they didn't leave metal bits or packaging around, and they even checked a loose shingle while they were up there and tightened it up. easy process.

I had my gutters and fascia replaced. they were literally falling off the house. the team at xpert was quick, got it done in one afternoon. price was fair compared to other quotes i got. honestly the house looks way better now, crisp white trim makes a huge difference. they cleaned up all the debris which was nice cause i have a dog running around. communication was easy, mostly texted the manager.
