Not able to give zero stars. The roof leaked after they installed it. They did not do repairs to the inside ceiling to fix the damage caused by their negligence.

Hello Ray, We take this matter very seriously as we strive for outstanding service and quality with all our customers. We are sorry that you have not had a 5-star experience with our company. After reviewing this matter, we looked back on our records which date back to May 2020 for a small partial roof replacement (upper rear roof above garage) and the estimate also included a repair of the drywall ceiling above the replaced roof section. Our record also shows that there was an issue reported and our roofers found that there was an issue with the roof tie-in to the existing roof that was not being replaced thus resulting in additional work being performed to correct the issue with no additional cost to you. Also, have notes that repairs to correct this were made just after issue was reported with no follow up issues reported after. We have no indication that there were any attempts made by you in the almost 4-years since this matter to communicate your dissatisfaction with our company after the corrective roof repairs were made. One of our customer care team members will be in touch to see how we can improve this matter. Thank you

We had contracts in place that were not honored.

Julie, Your review and comment should be directed to our sister company Proven Snow and Ice Control as this is related to the cancellation of a snow and ice management contract for one of the property’s your company manages. To begin, Proven Snow and Ice Control is a completely separate entity from Proven Roofing and Construction which makes your review and comment by definition a defamatory statement. After further review, the contract issued by Proven Snow and Ice Control was canceled due to unforeseen circumstanced about a month prior to the actual activation of the contract. To mitigate the burden on you and your property, Proven Snow and Ice Control partnered with another local company with great reviews to help come up with a solution and provided you with estimates from them to insure there would be no lapse in service. An email with an estimated cost from said company was provided to you on 11/3/22. The provided estimates came in at a significantly lower cost in comparison to Proven Snow and Ice Controls cost for the same service. On 11/4/22 you replied saying that “We have a new snow vendor in place”. Please focus your attention on your company’s reviews and rating instead of making a vague comment such as this to try and tarnish our great reputation. All the best – Proven Roofing and Construction Inc.

I called on Thursday to set a roof inspection for Monday, they said sure sure no problem. 10 min before appointment they called and said sorry we are over booked. Such a shame to deal with a company like this. Definitely do not recommend.

Proven roof is the best roofing company around! They really are amazing and perfectionist's. I have the best roof around! I’m really happy I found the right team. I also just got new gutters. I have never seen such precise perfect work. They care about your home and it shows! I called them out to help me with another project. They are also very fair on price. Trust me don’t call anyone else call Proven Roof.

Everything went great. Adrian came to the house to do an inspection and went over all of the information. Tom got us scheduled and made sure the work was completed. Cynthia took care of billing and the guys who fixed the roof were nice and professional! Will definitely keep Proven Roof in my contacts!

We are very impressed with Proven Roofing and Construction. They responded quickly to our online request and set up a site visit almost immediately. We sent pictures ahead of time and they were even able to give us an accurate estimate. They did their best to match the color of missing flashing and were quick to come out to repair our roof. Workmanship was outstanding. Thanks!

As long as this company is in business, they’ll always be our go-to roofing company. They delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We’re already planning to use them again for our upcoming window replacement. Look no further….this is the one.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re happy with your new roof and skylights. Cody and our team work hard to provide clear communication and full transparency from the first consult through the final install, so it means a lot that this stood out. We’re also glad the quality of work and cleanup met your expectations. We truly appreciate your recommendation and the opportunity to work on your home!
