  I never write negative reviews, but this company cannot be trusted. They disappeared without completing all the gutters on my home, the left nail and shingle debris strewn everywhere, they simply left roofing felt rolls and a skid of unused shingles on my driveway. When I asked them to finish I was ghosted by Tim Crilly. Hire them at your own risk.

  The work on this project was completed in accordance with the contract and without any reported issues. After receiving the insurance proceeds related to the claim, the homeowner did not remit payment to Advanced Team for the completed work. As a result, the matter proceeded through a legal dispute that lasted more than two and a half years. Following a review of the evidence and arguments presented, the court entered judgment in favor of Advanced Team. At Advanced Team, we are committed to delivering quality workmanship and standing behind the services we provide. We also believe that contractors should be compensated for work properly performed under the terms of a valid agreement. While we work diligently to assist our customers throughout the insurance claims process, we must also take appropriate steps to protect our company when contractual payment obligations are not met. We appreciate that the court’s decision upheld the contractual agreement between the parties. Under the judgment, Mr. Collins is responsible for certain court costs and related fees as determined by the court. We believe this outcome underscores the importance of honoring contractual commitments and ensuring fair compensation for completed work.   In 2012 i had a complete reroof with gutters installed after a hail storm. The lifetime transferrable warranty must not mean anything as i have called and e-mailed several times since July 5,2024. No return correspondence.the flashing came off my chimney surround and gutter needs adjustment(it never drained right) company ignores all calls and e-mails.

  👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿Expensive price they take me to the court because I disagreed the contract after signed Bad company read the contract or the agreement terms before you sign or don’t sign any document With them make sure you will do the roof for them because they will take you to court Or take from you 25% cash of the claim if didn’t do it👎🏿🤚🏿👎🏿🤚🏿👎🏿🤚🏿🤚🏿🤚🏿

  Insurance Scammers. Do not trust these guys when they say everything will be paid by insurance because they demand more money by creating a duplicate statement similar to the adjuster statement without a Insurance company LOGO and demanded ransom when I refuse to pay the adjusted amount they send it to the debt collector to screw my credit. until now they are unable to prove the statement is from the insurance company. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS and Peter is the Scam leader, though his salesman Ray said You dont need to pay the insurance will take care but these guys are FRAUD do not do business with this company. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUDSTERS

  Our family has been using Advanced for over 8 years. We’ve had them do roofs on our primary residence and two rental homes. The work quality has always been top-notch, and the customer service has been stupendous. They also clean up after themselves unlike many other contractors.. Additionally, their rates have been very competitive, especially considering the high level of workmanship you get with one of their roofs. Tom Goeke Is the representative we’ve been working with, He’s very knowledgeable and understands how to communicate with seniors he doesn’t rush through things (my parents love him). I can’t recommend Advanced enough!!

  With the tornado that came through the Chicago suburbs this weekend, Peter and the Advanced Roofing Team was able to get my roof repaired the next day at a great price. Very happy and the communication with Peter was very good. Would highly recommend.

  Peter was very caring and efficient from day one. We had storm damage on our siding and he was able to get an almost exact match to our existing siding. Our roof needed to be replaced as well. All the work here was done to our satisfaction. He and his crew were fast and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

  They are very genuine people, My roof was leaking due to recent heavy rain and the team member inspected my roof and also cleaned some debris at the edges of my siding. They Found the root cause of the leak and it was due to an adjacent gutter pipe which was clogged and was pushing water in reverse direction. I am happy they could help me investigate. Very quick service. No unnecessary promises, accurate investigation and kind in nature. Thank you Peter and the company!
