  Never never do business with this company terribly roof work won't answer phone bad bad wofk

  Beware! They promised me a new roof, Instead of a new roof, my insurance company AAA, cancelled my homeowners policy because of the claim. Despite many assurances from Simon W. That they were certain to succeed, they failed. I even paid them $500 for an engineers report, and that didn’t work, No such thing as a free lunch. No roof, no homeowners policy. I happened to me.

We are familiar with your claim and after reviewing the notes it seems as though your claim was not an easy one. We have worked very hard on you claim to be approved, unfortunately even after an engineers report your insurance company denied the claim. Now we definitely understand your frustration, however we cannot be held responsible for your policy cancellation. Unfortunately the AAA Insurance Co. is responsible for this. We have handled thousands of claims and the filing of the claim is never the reason of a policy being cancelled. So with all due respect Mr. Schwartz, You are correct we were not able to approve the roof replacement claim, however we handled the claim with great determination and worked numerous hours in order to get some sort of cooperation from your insurance. Again, we are very sorry we could not get your roof approved, but in this case we are not at fault.   We made an appointment with them 3 times for an appraisal they never showed up or called that they won't make it worse experience ever!

  I met Greg while Ne Edge was doing work on my neighbors houses. He gave me a fair estimate I felt. He sent Roman to install the windows which turned out absolutely beautiful! They worked with care, speed and efficiency to an excellent result. Next He brought in Arthur to do the siding, fascia and soffit. This guy's was quite the craftsman and couldnt have done a better job. Gutters were installed in the and and the overall results speak for themselves! I will continue to use New Edge when needed and HIGHLY recommend them as they were to me!

  We had massive hail storm damage after the 3/10 storm and then a tornado the following week. From day one Rudy was attentive, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we walked away pleased with the finished product. Boy are we ever! Rudy even ran interference with our insurance company to take that extra load off our shoulders. Our house is more beautiful than it was before the damage! His crews were professional, polite, and super quick! I couldn’t recommend New Edge more. Thank you all so much for making this horrific process so much easier!

  I recently had my house resided, due to a windstorm. Tim Kiely Project Manager, went above and beyond to handle my claim through my insurance. This was not an easy process, as the insurance adjuster gave both of us the run around regarding my aluminum siding. Tim was relentless and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The crew that came to install my siding, were amazing. They were able to reside the whole house in one day. Before they left my house, they actually were going around my house wiping off any fingerprints or smudges they might have left. Their cleanup around my house was impeccable. I would and have recommended New Edge Improvements to everyone I know. Tim Kiely is absolutely the best Project Manager around!! Thank you New Edge Improvements.

  I wanted to give it more than a month before leaving my review, and I can honestly say I’m extremely happy with my new windows. Rob was a pleasure to work with — kind, professional, and never pushy. The pricing was very fair, and he took the time to answer all my questions. The crew did an amazing job on the installation. Every window was done perfectly, and I didn’t have a single issue afterward. That’s impressive, because I almost always have at least one thing contractors need to come back and fix. With Rob and New Edge Improvements, everything was spot‑on from start to finish.

  We couldn't be happier with New Edge Improvement! They handled our entire insurance claim with State Farm from start to finish. It was a long and difficult process, but they fought for us every step of the way and delivered exactly what they promised. They replaced our roof and gutters, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept everything very clean throughout the project. The job was completed quickly without sacrificing quality.
