I had new gutters installed by Xclusive Roof Repair Davis, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They answered my call quickly, made scheduling easy, and kept everything simple with electronic estimates, digital contract signing, text confirmations, and text updates. The crew worked efficiently and finished the gutter work in a timely way, and the new gutters look great and fit the roofline of my home really well. The pricing felt fair and competitive for Davis, especially for the front half of a Cape Cod style house. I checked a few other roofing and gutter companies before deciding, and the quote seemed in line with the local market. From my first contact to the completed installation, the turnaround was about a week, which made the whole experience even better.

After a storm caused a roof leak, I called several roofing companies I had used before and some new ones, but most were tied up with major reroof and repair jobs and said it would be a long wait for a small roof repair. I understood they …

This roofing team has handled repair work on both my business and my home. Most recently, they repaired my full residential roof after wind damage. They finished the project faster than expected, and the property was completely clean when the work was done. Communication was clear from start to finish, so I never had to stress about the roofing process. They also took care of the insurance paperwork and made the whole job feel easy. The insurance adjuster even commented on how honest and professional the crew was, which gave me even more confidence in their work. It is hard to find roofers who are this reliable, efficient, and easy to work with.

Professional service and honest follow-through is what they showed when handling my roofing and gutter claim and replacing the damaged gutters the right way. angel, the production manager, gave excellent customer care, and zachary and the gutter crew did very good work on the repair. The issue below has now been fully resolved, and i really appreciate the way they stepped up. During the roof installation, there was concern about how the gutters would be handled while the old roof and drip edge were removed. Since the gutters need the correct pitch to drain water properly, it was important that the roofing crew protect the gutter system and reinstall everything carefully. After I raised the issue, the company reviewed the job, took responsibility, and made it right by replacing the gutters so the whole system would work as it should. As someone familiar with seamless gutter work, i was paying close attention to the details of the roof and gutter process. Proper removal and reinstallation matters because nails placed through the back of a gutter can affect alignment, water flow, and long-term performance. i was glad to see the company respond professionally, correct the problem, and stand behind their roofing promise. It means a lot when a contractor treats a home with care and does right by the customer.

zachary was very helpful in guiding us to the best roofing materials for our home. he explained the options in simple terms, went over the estimate carefully, and included the removal of an old unused roof-mounted cooler in the quote, which made the whole roofing project easier to plan. dale handled the work and did an impressive job from start to finish. on the first day, he removed the old shingles and took off the unused cooler. on the second day, he completed the new roof installation. i was amazed that one roofer could finish the tear-off, removal, reroof, and cleanup so efficiently in just two days without cutting corners. he also cleaned the work area thoroughly, cleared out the rain gutters, and checked the property carefully before leaving. zachary was detailed and professional throughout the process, making sure we understood the roofing materials, the scope of work, and what to expect during installation. he also let us know we could reach out anytime if we had more questions. we are very happy with the quality of the new roof, the honest service, and the strong workmanship from everyone involved.

This roofing company was excellent, and Zachary was a huge help throughout the insurance claim process. He always returned our calls, answered every question clearly, and took the time to explain the roofing work and give helpful advice. The crew showed up on time, checked with us before making any assumptions, and finished the roof project as scheduled even during the summer heat. They also did a thorough cleanup afterward, sweeping for nails and removing shingles and other debris, which we really appreciated because we have a dog. If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement, this is a roofing team you can trust for quality work, good communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

I had a great experience with my recent roof replacement in Davis. The crew installed a new GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal shingle roof and finished the job on time. They found and fixed several problems left behind by the previous roofer, including leaks, missing and damaged flashing, no proper underlayment in the valleys and low-slope sections, and shingles that had been nailed incorrectly. Dale and the crew did the work the right way with no shortcuts. I watched them handle the roofing system carefully and install each part as it should be done. It is easy to see the quality of the workmanship, and I feel confident this new roof will last for many years. The price was fair, especially for the level of roofing work and attention to detail. They were honest, professional, and focused on doing solid work instead of pushing extras that were not needed. If anyone I know in Davis needs a new roof, reroof, or roof repair, I would gladly recommend this team.
