We had our roof replaced by Roof Crafter Inc. 11 years ago and our roof looks terrible. We called them out to look at it and they have not returned my calls. We also called them out to fix the metal flashing they left sticking up after the install. They came out once and then stopped answering our calls. We had also referred them to our family who had a roof water leak. They went out 2-3 times and still didnt fix the leak and then they stopped returning their calls. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company. Terrible customer service.

Hammering away at my neighbors roof at 6:20am. 40 min before the law would allow construction noises to start at 7am. Incredibly disrespectful to the surrounding houses.

New roof and gutters on 3 structures - completed on time and within a respectable margin of the original estimate - thanks to known dry rot. Friendly staff and work crew. Would recommend.

Roof Crafter completed my roof and did a quality job at a reasonable price. Very professional crew and excellent office folks were a delight to work with. My neighbors around me used Roof Crafter for their homes so the decision was easy.

The guys were on time, introduced them selves and got to work. They removed tiles, rebuilt the valleys and cleaned up everything. Great job

They coordinated with the inspections so everything went 1,2,3 and done. Their clean up was as good as I have seen and I have seen a lot. I was a superintendent for a General Contractor until my retirement.

A new and positive look to the old house ! The crew was very polite and responsive to all questions. There was a couple of places where long nails were used and protruded through the edge rafter , I noticed when I was getting ready to paint . No problem , just whacked them off , ground them down , patch and ready for paint. Passed your name to my daughter as they are looking for a new roof, Highly recommended. Thank You , Gary , Sandy & Frankie (woof woof ) Floyd

The old roof was removed, cleaned up in one day, the inspections were done the next and the roofers began to put the new material on. It was finished the the next day and the site cleaned. No fuss no muss! The office staff were friendly and helpful.
