The team was professional, personable, timely every morning, and every detail well-communicated from start to finish. If you are looking around for a fantastic roofing team, the team Mike Rabaino has right now is superb. My husband and I are so glad we went with them.

Rabaino Roofing did our original re-roof in 2013. Mike did not laugh at me wanting to put a tile roof on our 1940's country cottage. He suggested a light weight product that would work with the lighter framing of the house. He cautioned us about maintenance, birds, squirrels etc. Once the stucco was applied, it all came together, and I love it, though it is high maintenance. Fast forward 11 years and we had trouble with roof rats and some cracked tiles. We called Rabaino. They remembered us and were extremely responsive, gave me a very reasonable bid to pull the valleys and the peaks and reset using a different style of flashing. Mike even fixed the worst area in one of the valleys when he came out to do the bid, since we still have a pallet of our tiles on hand. Rabaino Roofing is great, I would highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

During the recent epic torential rain storm, we experienced a substantial leak (on a Sunday of course). I called Rabaino's office, listened to the instructions on how to email specific details, and sent an email with photos (shot from a bad angle at a safe location in my attic space). I received a call on Monday from the poor girl doing triage in the office, and we set up a date and time when I could be present for Mike Rabaino himself to come look at my problem. He carefully climbed around inside the narrow confines of our attic, to the area I felt the leak had originated, pinpointed the original leak, AND noted a secondary location (in another area of the roof on the opposite side of the house) that had not gone through the insulation to the sheetrock!!!! I received an estimate by email and signed the E-Doc to authorize the work, and set an appointment for a time when I could be home. A crew of at least 4 arrived on time. The team boss (Phillip?) checked the locations in the attic and directed his crew to the spots on the roof. A broken tile was replaced with a matching one from an area I chose, and a near match filled the donor location. They were done and gone quickly. No leaks with the rains this week! BONUS POINTS!!!! I received a modified invoice for $200 less, as the scope of the job was less than anticipated. A million thanks to our home town roofer Mike Rabaino!
