  Scott Family Roof Repair was one of the most professional and efficient roofing companies I have worked with in Woodland. The whole roof replacement moved fast, and the team was skilled, friendly, and easy to work with. They never felt pushy and treated my home and family with real care, which is hard to find. They installed my full roof in about 9 hours using architectural shingles, and the crew stayed organized and safety focused from start to finish. Once setup was done, they had the old roofing torn off quickly and kept the jobsite clean the entire time. They tarped around the house well, used proper roofing equipment to move debris off the roof, and kept picking up loose nails with magnets so carefully that I still have not found one around the property. They also checked the roof decking for weak plywood and replaced any damaged spots they found. I was impressed by the attention to detail. The new vent covers were painted to match, the roof vents blended in nicely with the shingle color, and even the finishing trim gave the roof a clean, sharp look. I chose a wider drip edge, and it really made the new roof stand out. After strong wind and rough weather, the roof has held up great without any issues or leaks. The workmanship is solid, the pricing was fair, and they clearly stand behind their work. Miguel and the crew treated my home and yard like it was their own, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full new roof.

  all 5 stars! we are extremely happy with our new roof and with scott family roof repair. johnathan came out the same day after i contacted a roofer online. he was friendly, quick to respond, and really knew roofing well. at first, he gave a quote only for the roof work i asked about and did not push extra services. after we talked more about our roofing concerns and i asked questions about the roof system and our skylights, he shared additional findings from his own full roof inspection. we decided, by our own choice, to upgrade the project to replace all 10 leaking skylights and use a better quality shingle that would hold up well in the woodland sun and weather. even with those upgrades, the final price was still lower than other roofing estimates we received that did not even include skylight replacement. johnathan came by again with material samples and helpful information, which made the whole process easy to understand. he was there on the first day of the roofing job and even helped protect the inside of the house with drop cloths under the skylights during replacement. he also took progress photos throughout the project and shared them with us, which gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done. the crew was professional, careful, and kept the property very clean inside and outside at the end of each day. the finished roof looks great, the skylight work was done beautifully, and they even re-roofed our 10x12 shed to match the house for a very small added cost. after the work was finished, johnathan came back for a final walk-through and roof check to make sure everything was completed the right way. we are very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend them for any roof repair or replacement.

  i highly recommend this roofing team in Woodland for any roof or gutter work you may need. miguel and johnathan went above and beyond during the entire project. We had never filed a homeowners insurance claim before and did not know how the process worked, but they guided us from the first inspection to the final paperwork and made everything easy to understand. When we moved into our home, we already knew the roof would likely need replacement before too long based on the inspection report. Still, we did not realize the issues were becoming urgent. We contacted several roofers to check the shingles, flashing, and gutters, and most said we still had more time left. When luis inspected the roof, he noticed unsealed areas and took care of them right away to help protect the home. johnathan was very patient in explaining the billing, materials, and insurance steps, and also helped us choose the right shingle color to match the house.
