  We had our roof replaced four years ago by World. Charlie had a low price, was friendly and made a lot of promises. When we had a problem this year with leaks he refused to even look at the roof and now it looks like we may need to replace the entire thing. The manufacturer came to inspect and said there was nothing they could do as it was not installed correctly. Buyer beware. We are trying to figure what we can we do at this point, it’s a total nightmare.

  Perhaps their work is fantastic, but they are far from respectful when it comes to the neighbors of the house they are working on!! Not only have I picked up discarded siding materials from my yard, but they have blocked MY driveway while parking illegally several times, while also blocking the public sidewalk. They have also parked on a side of the street where it is illegal for any one to park. Twice we have been inconvenienced by them knocking on our door to ask to move OUR vehicles from OUR driveway so they can move trailering equipment. Plus down right disrespectful when I have explained I work night shift and asked them to not have their music up loud or to yell loudly to one another... The guy told me "Good luck!" What kind of professionalism is that?? I don't expect total silence, but my bedroom is 10' from where the radio is blasting and they are yelling over top of it to one another! It is not like I do not work, I work full time in a busy ER overnight. I literally SAVE LIVES all night.... and am told "Good luck" when I ask them to be slightly courteous so I can try to sleep in the few hours I have before I need to pick up my daughter from school?!?!? I have called the office number three times without any returns to my messages. Absolutely absurd. 110% DO NOT RECOMMEND if you care about your neighbors at all!!

  Before hiring Charlie we had other quotes which were more money. We decided to use WR because it was the cheapest, but we were still unsure because most reviews were not great. But a coworker advised me to use him. We should of listened to our gut but unfortunately the low cost controlled our decision. And of course it ended up being a horrible experience. We hired him to put on a new roof, then once complete fascia, soffets and gutters. They showed up to do the roof, didn’t order enough shingles, tarped it...of course it rained that night, leaked in our room. He came over the next day and stated he would have someone fix it. Then completed the roof. And then that’s it....a dumpster in our driveway for 5 weeks for 3 days of worked. He was unresponsive, so much so the guy who owned the dumpster knocked on our door looking for him. He would text every so often saying he was in hospital (he doesn’t do the work himself...so I didn’t understand why that had an effect of the work being done) and would say someone is coming today, and then again say someone was coming. Nothing. Never fixed our ceiling and never completed the rest of the work hired to do (though we didn’t pay him for that yet...THANK GOD!) Now 3 months later he is calling/texting saying he told us it was a HVAC problem and he wasn’t fixing our roof. Be smart, spend alittle more money and get a company that you can rely on. I’m in real estate and deal with many contractors...I’ve never had such an experience like this. Truly unprofessional. Beware.

  Our home needed a new roof and gutters, a project my wife and I had been dreading. We started by reaching out to several contractors and going through the usual back-and-forth process before connecting with Charlie at World Roofing. From the beginning, Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Most importantly, his quote came in over $2,000 lower than the competitors we contacted. Although we originally received our quote in January, we weren’t able to move forward with the project until late April, and Charlie still honored the original pricing, which we truly appreciated. The entire roof was completed in just one day, and the gutters were finished the following day. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and did an excellent job cleaning up all debris before leaving. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely pleased with the final result. We highly recommend Charlie and World Roofing to anyone in need of roofing or gutter services.

  I highly recommend Word Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. The owner wrote the estimate, provided the roof samples and coordinated the dumpster delivery and pickup. I was hesitant on picking a color, but went with Summit Grey which gives my house a brand new look! The crew did a great job and completed the roof within a single day, including cleanup. I am very pleased with the quality, workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail. I have gardens surrounding my whole home and the team did a great job covering the gardens and pond, the cleanup following the roof installation was efficient and thorough. I will be recommending World Roofing to all of my neighbors and friends without hesitation. Thank you for the OUTSTANDING Service!

  Truly professional. They provided the lowest of the quotes we received, were able to start on our roof 3 days after signing the contract, showed up on time, did high quality work, and did an exceptional job of cleaning up afterward. It doesn't even look like anyone was there, but we have a brand new roof in 2 days, and it is one of the largest roofs in town. You can't ask for much more. I highly recommend them.
