  We've been waiting at this point months for a callback for a repair on something that was not successfully installed. Horrendous customer service. We're now left with objects hanging and falling off our external walls. Because it's 25 feet high, I can't exactly call a handyman to fix this. Otherwise it'd be done. It was the foreman's job to find a best solution for this part of the job but he didn't care to suggest one. Although another person later on came to look at it and knew exactly what to do and promised to do this work, the office failed to schedule and implement this repair. When we do reach them, specifically Diane, (mostly it's just voicemail) they promise to call back with a solution but they never do. So they lie. We keep calling and leaving messages every week. We didn't want free work, and made it clear to them. We just need to repair what's not working and that only people experienced with ladders and height can do. Tbh, the instalation process for windows and siding was not seamless either. The salesman misrepresented certain measurements and parameters. The bottom window was much more tall and so is the middle trim that connects the windows. When he was selling us the windows he promised there is no height restriction on picture windows and only found out much later, after we committed. The window cracks open much less than angle he told us. So basically they make you feel good about the solution just so you buy from them. The foreman was unpleasant and absent minded from the start and there were multiple issues after installation of windows where they had to redo things. He never communicated with us on anything until things went wrong. First they installed operable windows in the wrong location due to poor communication between the salesperson and foreman. Though not using logic at all since these windows were blocked by deck railing so would have never opened. So they had to redo 2 huge windows. It did not feel good to have brand new wind

  I was excited to get vinyl siding installed on my home, especially given how expensive a project like this is. While I know perfection isn’t realistic, I do expect professionalism and solid craftsmanship. Unfortunately, by the end of the job, I was disappointed. The demo was fast and the whole project took a little over a week( repairs took over a month , tho the door still is not right). The laborers themselves were friendly. However, when I contacted them about two issues that were direct results of their work, I felt completely dismissed and even gaslit.( by the foreman) First, my two-year-old storm door to the backyard — which had worked perfectly with zero issues — suddenly would not close at all right after trim and siding were installed around it. When my wife pointed it out, the worker tried to fix it. It closed slightly better afterward, but still would not latch. The second issue was with the front storm door. A piece of trim around the door looked like it had been struck or dented, and the adhesive/caulk was already peeling off. When I texted the foreman, he came out but immediately tried to claim they had nothing to do with it. After pushing the issue, it was eventually fixed — but the other problem at the front door (which was pointed out first) was completely ignored and never addressed. Just before writing this review, I also noticed a large gap between one of my windows and the siding. That’s a serious potential water-penetration problem. But the biggest issue: they left our Bilco doors partly open and removed or damaged the tarp we had covering them to prevent water from leaking into the basement — without telling us. The tarp had a hole big enough that when it rained that night, a very large amount of water leaked into our basement. I had to go out during the storm to buy a new tarp just to stop further damage. Overall, the house looks good from a distance and the crew worked fast and was pleasant to deal with. But there are real issues with

  the workers are doing a decent job, BUT: the windows ordered are different from what was installed, so it requires another period to order the window screens plus another day (after 1-2 weeks) to have the team back in the house to fix it. 2. the person who called to schedule told us: Thursday to Saturday (got it in writing too) and at the end of the day on Friday (as I’m writing) the foreman told us that they come back on Monday ( nobody bothered to check with us if we’re available on Monday btw). 3. we scheduled for an early morning appointment for a quote on another project and the guy didn’t show up, I had to call the office to find out what’s going on and I didn’t even get an apology. 4. the sales guy from the windows project told us that it will last two days :( So, whoever wants to experience such a professional approach: go ahead and hire them! I attached pics with my driveway on Friday after the team left… update: as the team left, we called the office, nobody answered. sent a text message, no reply… until Saturday late afternoon when I assume someone saw my review. the employee that called had the great excuse that for almost 24 hours “she didn’t have that phone around” and what I keep hearing is the office knowing nothing the team does and both sides blame each other… at the end of this conversation looks like they need Monday AND Tuesday to finish… so there goes my review from 2 to just 1 star. and btw: nobody apologizes or takes responsibility :(. update 12/5 the team came to install the basement windows they forgot to order in the first place. that made it 4 days out of the 2 discussed with the sales agent. but the most pathetic part was that we received a thank you … coupon against a future job. and I wasn’t getting to mention this if the supervisor that talked to my husband (after I was stood up by the employee that was supposed to help me FOR A NEW PROJECT) had promised to send us a restaurant gift card as an apology - a promise that he didn’t keep…

  They work through my HOA changed attic fan. Left the old attic fan in the ceiling. Attic fan had the busted thermostat - electrician fixed the busted thermostat. I communicated this company, there was no response from them. After a month I reached out to them as I had paid for half during installation, now they are saying they need proof that it was busted. While I sent them invoice from electrician. Check all the work they are doing - can’t trust anyone these days. Don’t go with all reviews online. Incompetent staff who vouch that they checked thermostat before installing. I heard bad reviews from other vendors too.

  Generally i do not write review but in this worst expereince customer and the company owner should know what is going on. I Choose this company from GAF certified contractor and because of their good Google reviews. My personal experience was worst and trying to contact their owner Mr. Ray but did not get call from him still waiting for his call. Unsatisfied with their office person who was handling my project I don't want to describe the name but they charged me for vinyl siding and never got the right one. All the times because of their miscommunication brought the wrong size siding or wrong color to close my attic fan from outside. 1st time came with wrong size , 2nd time came with wrong color When they came 3rd time again with white color siding. I can't take day off all the time so i gave them my existing siding which took it out from my porch to do the bathroom project handle by other contactor and their guy told me they will refund you for the siding which they used my one but they are saying no now. I will not prefer to anyone for this roofing company. Horrible attitude and too much miscommunication between the office person and the site supervisor. Site supervisor also with too much attitude and don't explain properly what the guy has to do. You have to stand with them all the time otherwise your project will finish improper. Two.of their team memembers also accept they have so many miscommunications between the office person ,site supervisors and crew. Good luck to those who choose this company. I wish owner get time and call me back . They charged me vinyl siding and used my one and office person say we can not give you refund as we sent twice our guys but that's her miscommunication of color of siding which i never approved. They brought small siding and white color which i was keep telling her that make sure my siding is not white and it's not smaller but they don't care and never accept their miscommunication.   Very courteous, helpful and prompt. Understood the urgency of my needs after a bad thunder storm and responded quickly to acesss the damage and get it repaired. Pricing was fair, reasonable and affordable. A pleasure to deal with the office staff. They were nice and kind.

  I just got my roof replaced by All County Exteriors, LLC and they did an amazing job. Pete Scully, the roofing foreman, was very nice and very professional. He was very thorough and made sure that everything met my expectations. I will recommend All County Exterior to anyone that needs a roof replacement.
