This was my second time using Garcia Family Roofing & Construction, and this project was a much bigger roofing job. We needed to replace an old leaking cedar shingle roof with a new asphalt shingle roof that would finally keep the home dry and better protected. The roof design was complicated and included 4 skylights that had been leaking for a long time, so it was important to have an experienced roofer handle the work the right way. The crew was respectful, professional, and easy to work with. They arrived as scheduled, stayed on the job, and completed the full roof replacement over 3 days. Cameron checked in regularly during the project, kept us updated on progress, and answered our questions clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. They also did a very careful cleanup when the work was done, and followed up with a detailed inspection of the roofing system, flashing, shingles, and skylight areas to make sure everything looked solid. In Brick Township, it is important to have a dependable roof that can handle coastal weather, rain, wind, and seasonal storms, and we feel confident this new roof will do that well. Overall, we are very happy with the workmanship, communication, and final result.

After a strong rain, we noticed a leak in the inside ceiling and called a few roofing contractors. Garcia Family Roofing & Construction was the only company able to come out the same day, and that ended up being the best choice we could have made. Malachi arrived quickly, did a careful roof inspection, and found several problem areas that were letting water in from earlier storm damage. Other roofers had looked at it before, but they did not locate the true source of the leak. Malachi also made the insurance claim process much easier by staying on top of the details and keeping everything moving. As soon as the claim was approved, the roofing crew was scheduled right away and the full roof replacement was completed fast and professionally. The workmanship was solid, the materials looked high quality, and the price was very fair for the amount of work that was done. The new roof looks great, and we have had more rain since the installation with no leaks or issues at all. We also got an upgraded water diversion system that helps move water away better and gives us more peace of mind during wet weather. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. We would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement.
