  I wrote a positive review a month ago about Wooster Roofing (comment below). Unfortunately, the leaks continued, Wooster came out twice to repair, at no charge, but the repairs that were done did not help at all. I am now out about $1,600.00. After trying to contact Steve twice, I didn’t get a response. I don’t understand why the outcome was so poor given that I chose Wooster based on their ratings and Steve was so good at explaining things to me. I had to call another roofer because of mold. The roof had to be replaced and the ceiling demolished and replaced. “Steve explained to me in detail and I was shown what would done to stop the leak. The price was also more reasonable then the other two quotes and I found Steve (I hope I got his name right) was honest with me”

  We were originally called out to repair an older roof that had been leaking for awhile in several areas. Sometimes leaks require more than 1, 2, 3 & even 4 visits to finally figure out what's going on. We always go back free of charge until problem is solved. When I saw the bad review I immediately called and asked what was going on and after awhile we realized she was texting the landline shop number and we were not receiving any messages.

  i called on a tuesday and spoke to someone about getting a quote for a roof replacement. they said someone would come by in a couple of days to have a look and the quote would probably be sent out by the end of the week. the following monday afternoon i hadn't heard anything so i called and asked when i would receive the quote. no one knew anything about me or the quote or the address for the job. i was told someone would try to come by at the end of the week to look at the house and get the quote out the following week. i said i was supposed to have the quote by now and i wanted to compare it to other quotes i already received. i was asked what the hurry was.....was my roof leaking......and then i was told that if i had other quotes to go with one of them. the people i dealt with at this roof company are rude and have a slack attitude towards customer service. with all the excellent reviews i saw and then have an attitude like theirs makes me wonder if the "excellent" reviews are real.....

  Hello Customers, this reply is almost 4 years overdue. I called Andrew Martin withing 5 minutes of leaving this review and left a message as he did not answer phone. I then called him a second time the next evening and we chatted about the review. I tried to ask him nicely to remove this review seeing we never even did any work for him but he said no. I explained to him how my brother was completely buried with estimates in the Tewksbury/Lowell area and judging by the tone of the review I could tell he was politely saying if you already have quotes then go with one of them. You wanted us because of our great 5 star reviews. You must understand you were 1 of a 100 people looking for a roof quote and we are going to do our local area before venturing out a little further. We are not rude and lets keep this review to the facts. You called at an extremely busy time and by him asking you if your roof was leaking was him just seeing if this was an emergency. To make matters even worse my brother Steve was sick for 4 straight days. I told you this and you said its too late my roof is being done right now.

  Charlie was great he was the lowest price, his crew came out the day before to remove one shingle to take back to the shop so he could match my existing shingles. He removed my fake metal furnace stack and plywood the hole and used icy shield all the way down to the gutter. Done in 2 hours and left zero mess left behind. They been in business for 42 years doing roofs. So glad I hired them and I didn't know them prior to hiring them.

  We’ve been working with Wooster Roofing since 2004 and can’t say enough good things about them. They’re always professional, easy to work with, and do great work. We really appreciate their commitment to recycling their shingles with us. It makes a big difference. Great company all around. Highly recommend!

  We got our roof replaced this week and it looks amazing. Got a quote same day as requested which is a great turnaround. The owner was very communicative and his crew did a great job. Finished the job in a day and cleaned up very well afterward. All in all an A+ experience.

  We have used Wooster twice in the past 25 years to replace our large rubber roof over the 5 car garage. It was an unusual shape with various pitches. They did a great job. The 1st roof last many years, exceeding the warranty, and when it was time to do it again, we called them and had them do it again.

  We had an ice dam on our roof this year and called Wooster Roofing. They responded very quickly and sent a team out to our house. They did an excellent job removing the snow from our roof and even cleaned up the snow that had fallen onto our driveway. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend them!
