From the delays in scheduling, to the lack of updates and promised photos, we understand why this was frustrating. You are absolutely right that the customer experience should remain strong after the contract is signed — not before it. While we appreciate that our team was friendly during the initial process, we clearly fell short in the areas of communication and execution afterward. We also understand the frustration of being given one expectation for timing and having something completely different happen without proper communication. That is not the experience we aim to deliver.   I believe this company uses predatory practices to make their sales. They asked for both my wife and I to be present for the estimate, which is a major red flag for me. This is a tactic which I have experienced from many home improvement companies. They justify it by saying they want to answer all the questions all at once to avoid having to come back at additional cost to them. In reality I believe this is a gimmicky sales and closing tactic to be persuasive in the moment and make the sale. I can correspond via phone, text or email after the representative takes a look at what I want. I am concerned this may be the case here. I do not want to be upsold or put in a position where I feel pressured. If the rep does a good job they should be confident that I will choose them after mulling my options over.

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY very disappointed. If you looking for a local Massachusetts based company this is not it. They do not have a location in MA. I went to their "office" because I wanted to make an appointment. I was near by and figured it would be nice to just talk to them in person vs on the phone. Its empty no one there. I spoke to one of neighboring businesses, and they told me they just use the office so they can pretend to be a MA company. It is a pure scam they do this shame on them.

  We had an excellent experience with Adam Vaillancourt Roofing. Our initial consultation with Adam A. was thorough, informative, and helped us understand the exact condition of our roof. Their pricing was fair, and the guidance on materials and color selection was extremely helpful. Our project manager, Wallace D., provided outstanding communication and service. He sent updates and photos throughout the day so we always knew what was happening and what was coming next. The team completed the roof in a single day, delivered high‑quality workmanship, and left the property cleaner than when they started. We were very impressed with the entire process and would gladly work with Adam Vaillancourt Roofing again.

  Adam Vaillancourt and his entire crew did an excellent job. From the initial inspection to the complete installation was seamless. The workmanship was superior. We had our gutters replaced. There was also carpentry that needed to be done to remove roughen boards. I highly recommend them.

  The company was fantastic and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. The actual replacement took just a day. Our project manager, Rodolfo, was extremely helpful and responsive on the day of the project, making sure that everything took place as promised and my family with young children could get in and out of the house safely during work.
