  They arrived for an appointment but then they weren't ready or willing to discuss the project. Then they wouldn't just make another appointment without expecting me to go some through elaborate dance of calling them "later" (but not now!) to "say when I would be available," even though I was standing in front of them with my calendar. I've never seen anything so unprofessional.

  Quinns Construction recently replaced our roof, installed siding, replaced windows, a door, new gutters, and rescreened our porch. Not only did we find their costs very reasonable, they completed the project with the utmost professionalism, on time and on budget. The project manager explained the details of the project, and explained the steps they would take to ensure the job was done right. The crews showed up when they said they would, and each day, they cleaned the site before leaving. The project manager had great communication throughout the duration of the project, texting us in advance to advise us of what would be happening, anything we might need to do (e.g. move the cars out of the driveway) and would respond very quickly with any questions we had. And at the end of the project, our house looks great. Overall, I highly recommend this company if you are considering any exterior work on your home.

  I had these guys do a major siding job (with some other additional work) well over a year ago. The good: They are flexible in scheduling. If you have to wait for another contractor to do something before a job with Quinns, they typically can tell you to just let them know when you're ready, and they can get you scheduled within 2 or 3 weeks. Also, I get the impression they will tackle pretty much any project. The bad: They don't use great labor sometimes. For the main siding aspect, the team assigned to me had no one that could speak english except the crew leader, who often wasn't there because he understandably had to manage multiple crews/projects. This makes it difficult to ask/check simple things - for example, I'm pretty sure the crew skipped out on a fairly basic thing around my windows that I've seen many other siding-jobs-in-progress that I've driven by in the past doing, and since no one onsite spoke english while I was thinking of it, I couldn't ask for it/describe it properly after the fact and the work around the windows was already "done". I also found many poorly sealed/caulked areas, and though the team leader was friendly and helpful in fixing them up, it makes me worry about things I couldn't see with my own eyes - especially things higher up on the home. The painter they hired was not the best and actually made some pretty dumb mistakes, however, I'll cut him a break because he was helpful in some additional requests I made of him and he was willing to do all the work in a short time period when at the time it was hard to get painters at all. I had two sets of electricians (one to take everything off, one to put the electrical back "up" after the siding job was done). The initial pair of electricians assigned to me were annoying in that they took off one of the exterior outlets and refused to put it back on, insisting that I had to pay them to upgrade it. I didn't actually use the outlet until over a year later (due to having a brand ne

  We used Quinn's Construction to replace all the windows in our house. We knew it wasn't going to be a quick job (I suspected wood rot hidden around some of the original windows), so we wanted someone we trusted to do it right. The crew did a great job meticulously and tirelessly doing the work, and Scott was great to work with (good communication, direct, answered the many questions I had to decide on what we wanted to do).

  September 2024 I would like to update my review. I am currently doing a major interior remodel on my house that included having the no longer used chimney removed. As it turns out, the color of Owens Corning shingle used those years ago is no longer manufactured. I gave Tom Quinn a call to see if there was any way to get ahold of some of those shingles. Tommy Quinn contacted his suppliers to see if he could find some. He not only located the same shingles but, because he's such a nice guy, he had one of his workmen deliver them to the worksite yesterday. Quinn's Construction is a pleasure to do business with. From initially meeting with Tom Quinn to discuss a new roof to Erik and his crew arriving to do the job, I found communication excellent. We discussed various products and materials in a no pressure, informative way that really helped me choose what we needed. The work was performed a bit ahead of schedule which is always nice. When pulling off the aluminum from the soffits, there was a disappointing discovery of wood rot. Tom, Erik and I discussed the best solution and I feel that the added cost was extremely reasonable. The guys got the whole job done in two days and the quality of their work, as well as the cleanup at the end of each day was impeccable.

  Roof was severely damaged by trees during winter storm, Quinn completely rebuilt entire roof: rafters, collar ties, sheathing, shingles and trim work. They did a fantastic job. Wonderful people.

  We hired Quinn’s Construction to install siding on our home, as well as install new gutters, new front door, and new front steps. From the start, Scott was incredibly personable, professional, and timely. He was very thorough taking measurements and asking questions, and he was prompt getting us a detailed quote with options. Quinn’s was able to get started sooner than expected, and no sooner from when we were given a start date did a dumpster, supplies, and a porta potty show up. It was about to get real! When the crew started, they worked tirelessly and meticulously. We couldn’t believe how quickly the old siding came down and the new started going up. Neighbors took notice, and they were impressed. The crew were professional and polite and extremely tidy. They took the time to clean everything up at the end of each work day. I can’t state enough how responsive Quinn’s was. I was able to text Scott throughout the project and got near immediate answers every single time. He did what he said he was going to do and he did it when he said it would happen. The project turned out even better than expected. Still better, no bait and switch prices. We paid what was quoted and that was that. I feel like we hit the contractor lottery by finding Quinn’s Construction. They have the service and responsiveness figured out, which is rare enough to find with contractors. Couple that with their amazing crews and quality, now you’ve got something that stands above the rest. Hire this company. You won’t be disappointed.
