  Warren sealed my roof in 2024, but it leaked again in early 2026, causing thousands of dollars in bathroom damage. He resealed it in February 2026, yet the roof is leaking again and causing more damage. A third-party roofer found major cracks and repair issues that should have been addressed during the February visit. Poor workmanship, unprofessional communication, and repairs that did not last. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—look elsewhere. Reply to owner: Warren came out 1x to look at the roof and "resealed" the spots where he thought the water was coming in from. The coat seal is not a "very dependable and durable roofing system" as you installed it only 2.5years ago with supposed 15yr warranty. The flaws are clear as day and not just an attempt to gain business, they are clear things that any quality roofer/contractor would notice and bring to a homeowners attention.

  Mr. Wright I’m very sorry we could not pinpoint the exact location of your issues though we did come back out more than a few times to erectify the situation a coat seal is a very dependable &durable roofing system unfortunately other roofers will point out any type of flaw to gain your business.

  We needed someone to come out asap to repair an active leak, so we called this company since they are labeled as emergency city roofing repair. Spoke with Warren on the phone and I informed him that there is no access to my backyard besides through my basement door which I can open for him since I will be home, he told me that will not be a problem he will be able to use the ladder from the front. He did not inform me on when he arrived to my house, and instead texted me after leaving "cannot access roof good luck." This was incredibly unprofessional. A simple phone call, text, or even ringing the doorbell would have been the least he could have done, especially when he knew I had an active leak. They should not be labeled as emergency city roofing.

  Very bad experience. Very unprofessional did not fix roofing problem and chose to use profanity in his language when I asked him about the leak. Do NOT do business with this company. Will not resolve issue at all.

  If anyone is in need of a roof repair DO NOT USE Wilmington City Roofing from Wilmington. I would not recommend them. The owner (Warren) provided a 10 year warranty to fix any leaks AND yet he is not honoring his word. Mind you we experienced leakage only days after they put on a new roof!!! Poor communication skills, not accountable for their work and DOES NOT care about customer satisfaction. Now we are stuck with a roof that is in worse shape then before Warren and his crew came out to replace it!! Guess it is small claims court to settle this properly!;(

  Called Wilmington City Roof for a quick inspection of a potential leak. They bent over backwards to come out the next day and identified it was not from a roof leak. Quick response and honest feedback. Will be calling them when I do have a leak or need work done.

  I have been hesitant about calling someone , thought it would be too expensive, thought it would take days or weeks, wrong wrong, price was fair, and it only took hours, he inspected my roof for free with photos, I recommended him to friends of mine.   The crew did great work on a few properties we own. The team was always been prompt, responsive, and respectful. They arrived and completed their work in a timely manner. The work was exceptional and for a great price! We are likely to use them for more jobs in the future.
