  Terrible estimate waste of time taking advantage of senior citizen quoted 3500 for 10 small deck boards crazy when got same work for 375 should be more honest

  Someone very close to me just had work done on her roof. There was no ceiling damage inside the home until Tycos came and repaired the roof. After Tycos fixed the roof, my friend immediately noticed damage to the ceiling. She called Tycos and explained the inside of the ceiling was fine before Tycos came out to repair the roof now there is sheet rock and lighting fixtures hanging inside her home in the living room area. The Tyco's Representative told my dear friend "fixing ceilings inside the home is outside our scope of practice". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY my dear friend feels as though she has been ripped off. They took her money did a good enough job while damaging the inside of the home and didn't offer to fix it instead told her in a smug response "it outside my scope of practice".

  They keep missing their appointment. As an adult, we all know you won't promise a time if you knew you can't make it. So we end up having a whole on our roof for a month until they finally sent someone to fix it. More over, they didnt …

  Reason I even gave two stars is because of Robert great guy however company needs a ton of work to improve im a Carpenter and Plumber I own a buisness, I would have done my projects myself however didnt have time due to being a buisness owner and having my own clients to care for with their remodeling projects and my wife wanted it done asap. Well needless to say this company is not who you should call if you want great workmanship at a timely manner. Very slow feel as though I am babysitting them everystep of the way. Unfortunately job is still currently going and will update my review but at this point I cant possibly see me being happy with the finnished product. My couch and my brand new ceiling fan have been exposed to rain and weather left outside for 3 weeks. Along with my entire house being filled with drywall dust because their workers dont know how to tape up plastic. Along with my tile backsplash having over spray from them painting. Brandnew windows have paint on them making them rewrap some windows they just did. Also had to kick the first crew they had on my project out of my house im really getting ready to kick them all off completely and finnish their shotty work myself.

  I reached out to Tycos because doing business locally is important to me. It has been two weeks and I have not received an estimate. I’ve called multiple times to express my concern. Although they were apologetic and assured I would get my estimate that day. I am still waiting.

  Had 11 windows done. From sales to completion it was a great job all around. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work. Elijah was great throughout the process. Mark put me in the right windows for me. They look great. The installation crew was in and out without a hitch. Thanks guys Jim McDonough

  I had a great experience with Tycos. I heard about them word of mouth. Promptly gave me an estimate for a new roof, at a fair price. Sergio kept me informed as we waited for some custom color material to come in. Worked a few 12 hour days during the tear-off and re-shingle phase, to beat the weather. Well equipped crew, worked safe - on a steep pitch. Many neighbors commented on the neatness during the work and the clean-up after. Flashing looks great. I had them back for a 2nd job a few years later, to install Hardie board siding on 4 dormers, and that project also came out great, with quality execution, attention to detail, and jobsite safety.

  Having to replace a roof is a major event and can be stressful. Our first point of contact with Tycos Roofing was Sergio and we were immediately sure that we were in good hands. Aside from being personable and professional, he is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and confident in Tycos products and the installation teams.   Elijah and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. A few small issues came up early but they resolved every issue and went above and beyond. Would recommend them to anyone.
