  Beware: They finished the ADU in one of my properties. Did an OK job. I found out the AC guy they hired did a poor job. Also the person who suppose to put up the garbage disposal did not hook up it up right. Not worth the quote they did. I learned a lot. Update: Found out the plug next to the sinks are not GFCI plug in. This company is trash.

  Had a roof put on our house and it has been leaking nonstop ever since. Constant issues. We've reached the point where we now have to redo it ourselves because it has cost us so much money and so much time. Rain and storms are a nightmare …

  Edited Review: My initial review was quite positive, however, once we began experiencing a roof leak, Williford's willingness to make the repairs is disappointing and frustrating. They did send someone out to inspect, and it was determined there is a leak. We knew we had a leak because rain was pouring in through the ceiling. They made a partial repair, but have yet to finish. Mold has begun forming on our ceiling. Williford Roofing has been dragging this out for over a year! This lack of after-the-sale service is why I would not recommend them for your roofing needs. I left two stars on my review because the person answering their phone is pleasant and helpful. Original Review: We are so happy with our new roof from Williford Roofing! Everything about this process, from the estimate all the way through completion, was pleasant, informative, and professional. Daniel Sinclair set the entire project in motion; Nick was well prepared, and on time, with his hard-working crew, the morning of the installation. Brandon Cassels handled the details of the extra finishings with great skill and professionalism. We enjoyed doing business with these gentlemen and their crew.

  Sept. 5, 2023 Dealing with a warranty issue on what appears to be a leak that showed up during the storms of last week. Was scheduled with Billy this morning between 9a-11a to come and inspect the issue - he was a no show. When I called to see what was going on, was told Billy was out with covid. Why I was not informed was not explained. Now rescheduled for Friday Sept 8, will see if someone shows up.

  I called back in April for a estimate to do my roof, never heard anything from them. I just called again on 9/23/22 for a estimate on the roof, said someone would be there the week of 9/26, called today and I got it sorry! I can set you up for someone to come out. Yeah no ma'am I will call someone who will actually show up.

  I had a deadline for an estimate on removing cedar siding and installing vinyl siding with gutters. Very decent sized project. I had an appointment 8:30-10:30. I had to call them to see where they were after the scheduled time. They canceled on me. Poor way of doing business of canceling on the customer and without even calling the customer to even let them know.

  I would give zero stars if I could. They came out, gave me an estimate, I signed the contract and scheduled a repair job two weeks out. Two weeks came, I took the time off of work, and they did not show up. I called to find out what was going on spoke with someone, she said she would call me back. I have not heard from them and it’s been over a week.

  Roof makes my house look way better than expected, very clean work, was very happy with being able to do it in one day and left my house just as clean and yard just as clean as it was before they started !

  Came out on time to start my kitchen remodel. Conducted themselves in a professional manner. Went the extra mile to make everything look great. I would definitely use wilford on all my projects. I would give 10 stars if I could.
