I called yesterday and got no answer but I did get texts that I canceled the appointment which I did they then sent me an email to confirm that someone would be there at10 . I called this morning and talked to Stephanie and told her to make sure it was canceled she told me she would get her manger to take care of it. We'll someone showed up they did not canceled i will never use this company because they know when someone says to canceled the appointment they don't take no for answer

Exemplary customer service experience with AG, during our visit today. I'm in the market for a company to replace my roof. He was able to ease a lot of my fears and answered all of my questions. Because of the professionalism and the knowledge, I highly recommend this company for your needs. Thanks AG, job well done.

David@Salty Trustworthy, Great patience, and highly Professional. For a person having no knowledge of what is entailed in replacing a roof, at the end of the estimate I thoroughly knew and understood everything he said to me concerning roof replacement.

David was very thorough in explaining the condition of my roof. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided a detailed overview of how Salty Dog constructs their roofing systems. His knowledge and professionalism made the entire inspection informative and gave me confidence in the quality of their work.

Raph is my Salty Dawg! He helped us understand every step of the process, an excellent experience overall! The team showed up when they said they would, they did what they said they would, cleaned up behind themselves, and most importantly came back to make adjustments to the roof the next day. We needed a roof worse than we thought, and were nervous about what it would ultimately cost. Raph kept us at ease, helped us understand our options, and got the job done. Now an evening rain is peaceful, we appreciate all the hard work guys!
