  Not impressed - went through Angie's list. Received an email - set a date and time. NO ONE SHOWED nor did they call.

  John came out to my house 10/5/18 to take measurements of three windows needing pediment replacements. One window pediment was so damaged we put a tarp over it to protect the interior from further water damage. John said he would email me a quote, which he never did. I had to call him back several days later to get the quote. He quoted me $570 and I told him Togo ahead and order the parts. I never received an update from John, I called him several time throughout the next several weeks and was told the parts hadn’t come in yet and he would call me when they did. I called again 11/2/18, a month after he came out to the house, and was told the parts came in the wrong size and he had to send them back. He assured me they would be ready by next weekend. I called him again 11/8/18 and left a message explaining that I needed to schedule a time for him to come complete the project because I was getting letters from my HOA complaining about the tarp that had been over my window for over a month. I never heard back from him. John is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. I wasted a month waiting on him and now have to start this project over again. This project was clearly not a priority for him.

  I have never seen such crappy work.Been trying for months to have one small piece of vinyl siding that he installed that fell of put back in.Paid over 12,000 dollars between roof and siding.All has a supposed warranty.He promised to take care of.No returned calls now.Going to take to court,I don't care what it cost,and real man's word is all they got.

  they did a lousy job on our roof. There is a two inch gap where the plywood ends and the edge of our roof not only that but there are gaps in between the sheets of plywood where you can stick your finger in and feel the paper they put down …

  Deaville Roofing & Construction constructed an 8' X 12' low level deck for us. They were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. Quality framing lumber and quality composite deck materials were used. The crew showed up early and on time and completed the job in about 8 hours, start to finish. The crew was hard working and very professional. They took care not to damage any existing property and cleaned up after the work was accomplished. John and Anne Marie kept us informed of the project every step of the way from start to finish. I will recommend Deauville Roofing and Construction to everyone.

  We were impressed with the excellent service that we received. Mr. Deaville is very knowledgeable and he is very professional. There was never any pressure to have the work. I highly recommend this company.

  The project involved the demolition of the existing deck and the construction of a new deck and screen porch. John Deaville is so friendly and great to work with. Also, his work crew definitely took pride in their work which led to the finished project looking amazing. My wife and I highly recommend Deaville Roofing and Construction.

  I can't say enough great things about John and my experience with his company! We were somewhat traumatized from our experience with getting an estimate from a different roofing company prior to dealing with Deaville. The moment I met face to face with John, he immediately put my mind at ease and I knew we had found the right company for our needs. He was honest, professional, and very reasonably priced (less than half our precious estimate). But most importantly, I immediately felt that I could trust him, and that means everything! He was confident but not pushy. We had a pretty tight deadline with additional needs (extra fascia replacement work and the screened porch roof and ceiling needed a complete replacement). John and his team handled all of the work seamlessly (and they worked over a holiday and the weekend in order to get it done on time). I am very satisfied and cannot recommend them enough. I will most certainly be using Deaville again when the time comes. Trust, honesty, & integrity mean everything and they have certainly earned that with us!
