  Wiley Brothers Roof Repair has been outstanding every time we have needed roofing help. They handled skylight replacement, roof repairs, and careful debris removal from under our clay tile roof, and each job was done with real attention to detail. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, even during very hot Sunland weather. We had a leak that other roofers could not fully fix, but Dean found the source and got it repaired the right way. Since then, we have felt much more confident about the condition of our roof. When an urgent leak came up, Dean responded quickly and was out the next morning to take care of it before it could cause more damage. What really stood out to us was the combination of skill, honesty, and fair pricing. The workmanship was solid, the communication was clear, and it was obvious the crew took pride in protecting our home. For anyone in Sunland needing reliable roof repair, skylight work, tile roof maintenance, or fast leak service, they are always our first call.

  Wiley Brothers Roof Repair did an excellent job on our roof replacement. The roofing crew got the new system installed on time, kept the project moving well, and did a very solid cleanup when the work was finished. The tear-off, underlayment, and shingle installation all felt organized and professional, and that part of the job was easily 5-star quality. The skylight portion took a little more coordination, but the team stayed with it and worked through the details to get everything completed properly. Communication improved as the project moved along, and they made the needed adjustments so the skylight fit the roof area correctly. It did take longer than the main roofing work, but the final result came together well and looks much better now. In the end, we appreciated the effort, the follow-through, and the finished roof overall.

  Over the past few years, my wife and I have had more than 30 roofing contractors stop by our house to offer to replace our roof. Some of them were even people I knew personally. When Terrance from this roofing company came by, he really stood out from the rest with his deep knowledge about roofing and the entire process for starting a roof replacement. Terrance also took the time to point out areas where our shingles were damaged. Out of everyone we met, he seemed the most qualified for the job. We also learned that Terrance and his team had recently replaced our neighbor’s roof, and after my wife spoke with them, they had nothing but positive things to say about their experience. That gave us the confidence to choose this company for our own roof replacement. We’re glad we did!

  After a recent storm, a piece of my roof trim—the rake fascia board on the gable side—came loose. I called around to several roofing companies in Sunland, and Dean and his team were by far the most responsive, professional, and offered the best price. I was very fortunate to find such a reliable crew.   After moving into our first home, my wife and I found out during the inspection that the roof was over 20 years old and had some storm damage. We got a few different estimates for a roof replacement, and honestly thought we’d have to wait several months before anything could be started. We met Preston after he had done some repair work for the previous owners, and he quickly provided a very fair quote for both a new roof and new gutters. He also let us know they could get the job done right away—even before we finished moving in. Since California can get pretty hot, we were glad to hear the work could be done without delay. At first, I had some questions about getting a new roof put on so quickly, but Preston explained every part of their process and really put me at ease. Just under two weeks after the first quote, our new roof and gutters were installed, and everything looks fantastic! The crew was able to handle a couple of extra requests for me, like adding more roof vents for a bathroom fan and setting up ventilation for the attic space above the garage. Throughout the project, Preston was easy to reach and always kept us updated on what was happening—better than anyone else we've worked with before. I’m very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Wiley Brothers Roof Repair to anyone needing roofing work done. I'll be keeping them in mind for any future home improvements.

  Wiley Brothers Roof Repair is a fantastic team to work with! A friend recommended them after having their roof replaced, so I gave them a call. Jude came out to take a look and clearly explained all the roofing costs and details, so I knew exactly what to expect. The crew arrived right on schedule, removed the old shingles, reflashed around the chimney, and left everything spotless—it looked like no one had even been there except for the great new roof. They even sent me photo updates throughout the day, which was a nice touch. If you need a new roof or roof repairs, I highly recommend going with this team.
