The roof, gutters, and even the fresh stain on our fence all look great and really improved the curb appeal of our home.   We had North Hollywood Roofing Pros come out to take care of a leak on our roof, which wasn’t originally installed by them. After a few heavy rainstorms, we’re glad to say that the leak is now completely fixed. Before calling them, we had two other roofing companies take a look. One tried to patch the area but didn’t solve the problem, and another suggested replacing the whole roof. When Derek from North Hollywood Roofing Pros came out, he focused right on the leak itself and didn’t push us into buying a new roof.   I want to thank the roofing team for their excellent work. Frederick, Derek, Roger, and everyone else did a fantastic job. They originally put the tile roof on our house when it was first built, and when our roof was badly damaged by a big storm, I knew just who to call.   I would give North Hollywood Roofing Pros one hundred stars if I could. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn’t have my new roof. I called because of a roof leak, and Roger came out the same day to get things started. He was like a knight in shining armor! From the first day, Roger was always professional when we spoke. The crew showed up, checked out the roof, and found hail damage. The insurance company tried to say it was just the flashing, but they also said there was hail damage on the gutters—which didn’t make sense to me. After they covered my roof with a tarp, there were no leaks, even though the flashing wasn’t fixed yet. It took a while to deal with the insurance company, but Roger and the team never gave up on me. Whenever I felt frustrated, Roger would reassure me and was always patient and quick to respond, which really put me at ease. When the insurance finally approved the work, Roger let me know right away. The repair process was smooth and done very professionally. My new roof looks amazing and the crew did a great job cleaning up—everything was spotless. I am so thankful!
