West Roofing did the 11 buildings in our condo assn. Fast, excellent work, with a quick response reply for minor corrections. A solid roof with no overlapping seams to worry about makes their system exactly what we needed.

Barry, thank you so much for the review! I will certainly forward your kind words to Greg/Barney, ownership, and to the crew that worked on your condos.

The Church of the Redeemer has dealt with West Roofing since 1983 for all our roofing needs. They recently completed a full resurfacing of our large north flat roof and we could not be happier with their high level of expertise and professionalism. Their crews are all friendly, responsive to concerns and they even provide extensive photo report of the project. They also provide spring and fall maintenance checks for us. We highly recommend West Roofing for all your commercial roofing needs.

West Roofing Systems cleaned and sealed our large flat roof at ICI Metals beyond our expectations! They committed to what they would do and followed through. The workers were professional & safety conscious, and completed the job without any interference to our operations. We also received a 15 year guarantee/warrantee, most importantly, no more leaks! We highly recommend West Roofing Systems.

Great experience from beginning to end! Our HOA association manages a building in which we were seeking a 15-yr warranted roof coating system applied to our ~5000ft flat roof l. Complicating the project, the privately maintained heating/cooling/generators for all residential units as well as building common equipment is co-located on the roof creating obstacles to be worked around and waterproofed. From the beginning working with Greg in evaluating the roof condition and developing the proposal to the power cleaning and delivery of the roof system by Justin and his 5-person team, everything was seamless with strong communications and response to questions. The team was respectful and clean with our community hardly noticing their presence during the 7 days of work. With this type of project, you are not buying strictly material- you're buying experience, attention to detail, and a team of well-managed professionals. While the ultimate test will comes with time, we are happy with our decision to use West Roofing.

West Roofing Systems installed the spray polyurethane foam roof on our commercial building in Elyria several years ago, and it has held up extremely well. We’ve had zero issues with the roof, and their team has always been professional whenever they’ve come out for inspections or maintenance. Ryan and Brian are great to work with and have always been helpful and responsive. It’s been a great experience overall, and we’ll definitely use West Roofing Systems again for any future roofing work.

West Roofing Systems and Ryan Mains completed our roofing project in the fall of this year. The project was on time and on budget. They worked closely with us and another contractor doing work on our cupolas in close cooperation and with Sherwin-Williams. Their professionalism much appreciated and do recommend their services. Great experience working with these guys . No safety breaches, very responsive and high quality product at a very reasonable rate.

Thank you so much Dalton. Safety was super important on this one! And thanks for the mention on responsiveness. We feel being responsive is a basic trait that's been lacking around the world. Thanks again for the kind words, I'll definitely forward your comment to Ryan, ownership, and everyone who worked on the job.
