Before Paul even finished working on my roof, he encouraged me to leave a review for his company. So here it is. I am extremely disappointed with the roofing services provided by Paul Aspery and his company, Paul’s Roofing Construction & Snow Plowing. Despite paying $12,450 for a full roof replacement, I was left with unresolved leaks that have caused ongoing water damage to my home. For months, Paul has been largely unresponsive. He ignored messages or gave excuses without ever resolving the issues. I have weeks of text threads showing delays and broken promises. It has now been nearly a year, and the original leak still remains. The lack of communication, follow-through, and overall workmanship has been completely unprofessional. I’ve filed formal complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General, and I am currently exploring legal options, including litigation. Based on my experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone.

I had a problem with my slate roof and some plumbing in my kitchen. Paul fixed the roof, the plumbing and all my gutters. He has a “can do “ attitude that it’s hard to find in many people nowadays. His prices are very reasonable too. I will definitely give him a call again for future projects around my house. Thank you Paul for a great job !! 👍

Paul was great! I gave him a call to see about plowing snow from my drive since I was having snow blower issues and he was here in 8 minutes. He was fast, professional and affordable. I would highly recommend Paul.

Paul is by far one of the best in the business, he’s done multiple roofs and projects for me, my family and friends. Always does the jobs with perfection. If you have a small or big project, he’s the one to trust to get it done right.

I had water in the bathroom from the celling exhaust that I thought was coming from the roof. Phoned Paul's Roofing and thankfully not only did they respond but, they came the same day and fixed the problem reasonably at that!. I suggest calling Paul's Roofing before you try anyone else.

Very happy I chose this company. Paul and his crew are professionals. Showed up on time, cleaned up after completion and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. Completed house and barn roofing in 1 day and the quality of work was great.
